I have a medela pump in style maxflow and the Manuel Mandela pump and the flange inserts fits in both flanges (comes with both inserts). It feels comfortable and easy to put in as well, fits snug so you know they wont easily slip out and comfortable when pumping. Only downfall i would say is that it’ not clear to line up the pump out you can definitely feel the tugging still. I would recommend to buy to have a better fit for the flanges. ... show more

Product material is nice and easy to clean. I ordered these to put in my 24mm flange for my Madela In Style, but it isn't a snug enough fit in the flanges actual tunnel to create a nice suction/grip while pumping.

Have been using 24mm spectra and as I have elastic nipples, was getting quite irritated, so I had to turn down suction power and do longer pumps. I bought these as a backup, I usually use the momcozy ones and they are still my preference but I use these when those are dirty and I don’t want to take the time to wash and sterilize that moment. They fit my Medela flanges snug, however they are a loose fit for both my Ameda, and my MC V1. They do the job but they move with the pump whereas my MC ones don’t. ... show more
