    • Parts were broken and fireplace mechanism is loud in the on mode.
The media could not be loaded. Item is very heavy therefore impossible to return. I contacted seller and they said for me to have their brand new product repaired for a $100 refund. This is a joke and Amazon shouldn’t be selling or advertising this company.
