First off it was bent when it arrive. After body work on frame it was decent enough. Mostly trim frame. You can't change Temps to fahrenheit and there's only about five setting. Service was on time.Measurment were not correct.was not as tall as one it replaced as ad said.It most definitely was not as wide as ad said it is 1 1/2" to narrow. I would strongly suggest check your measurement numerous times as I did.Yet received one that was incorrect.On top of that right corner bottom was damaged for the hold down screws. ... show more

This fireplace is absolutely beautiful and works amazingly! It definitely puts out some major heat and keeps our place nice & toasty. We did have a couple of issues when we received it, but please do not let that stop you from getting one! Our first issue was that the fireplace would not turn on. We tried it in different outlets and still nothing. We needed to get our place warm for our son, so my husband looked & they have an actual access panel. Our old unit did not have one so we had to take the entire thing apart, so we were super grateful that this unit has this feature. Anyways, so my husband takes the access panel off & come to find out, there was a cord unplugged. This was the cord that allowed the buttons on the front to work. He plugged that in, put the panel back on, and it worked! If you receive your unit and it does not work, PLEASE look at this first! It’s a minor inconvenience to have to do it, but it beats having to go through the process of receiving a replacement. Our next issue was that the little trim frame that goes around the unit was bent on one of the corners. We are unsure if this happened during shipping/delivery, or some other way. I contacted the company in hopes that they would just replace that part. Unfortunately, they needed to replace the entire unit which is just not an option for us at the moment. My husband was able to bend the trim frame thing back and now it looks like nothing ever happened. The company did respond back in a timely manner and were super helpful and courteous. Because of this, I chose to give them 5-stars versus anything else. I highly recommend this product and will continue to recommend it to anyone I know that needs to replace their fireplace. ... show more

When I finally received it ( trouble with delivery in rural area), it came with dents see pictures. No battery included in remote so not sure if works yet. Very easy to install.

We replaced or rv fireplace with this one. And it's a game changer. We are full time rv in a 52fr long 9ft wide in living/kitchen area 3bedrooms and 1½bath. And it heats our whole rv. We don't even have to use the propane heat. Bc of this fireplace. It's cool to the touch is great bc we have a little and pet inside.
