I use these in my grease pit of my blackstone griddle. They are convenient to use because it makes clean up easier. Only problem I had was they was mashed in transit and had to be reshaped. Maybe package a little better

These are just a basic design that gives you the ability to collect alot of grease and then dispose of with simplicity. Off shoot is you can put them on the black stone, warm the fat up and pour into a catch basin for cooking with later.
