  • Just like the Rolex Hulk
Color: Green
Except quartz, not waterproof, and not a Rolex. But the level of finishing on this watch is very good for way way less than $100. Also keeps great time. The watch has a good heft to it and I love the green. Great bargain. It also keeps perfect time. Probably better than an automatic Rolex.

  • HOT DANG
Color: Green
I only just got it, so I can't speak for water resistance or accuracy, but it is a BEAUTIFUL GREEN WATCH. I actually do own a Rolex Blue Submariner, but I've always wanted a good looking green watch too. This is a killer deal at only $39, same look and size as my Sub, and whether it last only a couple of years, or whatever, it looks way better than I imagined. I won't swim in it..........so I don't care about the 200 meter water thing. As for just wanting a beautiful green watch that looks a whole lot more than what it cost........this is a real deal. ... show more

  • Long review
Color: Green
First off, I want to say this review is going to be in-depth for anyone looking to buy this watch. Definitely read this, as you won't get anything more accurate from reading the questions/answers or details. I own many different types of watches, and quite often enough, disassemble and examine each watch (luxury and low micro brands) The clarifications : I'm gonna clarify, this watch does not use real sapphire. I've tested it. Where the questions say it does multiple ticks (I'm assuming sweeping motion), it does not. It's a regular 60 ticks a minute quartz watch. The bands are not glued. The pros : Clearly, the price, the design (green rolex submariner), stainless steel (standard), and the crown symbols (to reflect the look of rolex) The cons : First off, I wasn't expecting sapphire glass. So I won't count that as a con. And also the sweeping hands. The bracelet, is definitely the weak 'link' in the purchase. Loose, rattles, and sometimes the links are not the same if you use it on another section. Micro details like that make it a little harder. Also, the bracelet itself doesn't give much room for adjustments in removing links. I think you can only remove 3 links, total, but the clasp itself is fairly large and adjustable. I feel they should have put more removable links though. Maybe 5 total is good instead of the 3. Better safe then sorry right? The magnify on 3 Oclock doesn't seem to be perfectly circular. As a result, it warps the look a little bit. I'm not sure how good it actually keeps time yet, I'm also pretty sure it's not water resistant, given how loose everything is. I have not tried to submerge it yet Edit : Bands are not 18mm. They are 20mm. Be sure to get good replacements if you plan on. All in all, it's a beautiful watch for the price. Not the sturdiest, but has the look. A homage watch. If you want something sturdier, with similar looks, invicta has some great ones, seiko has great quality for price. And timex and casio for budget watches. If you're just starting out with watches, this is a fine buy. ... show more

  • Not as pictured, but a fun watch!
Color: Green
Cheap CHICOM fun I ordered for a giggle after reading some disparaging comments in different forums! Watch arrived nicely packed in box with tag and watch protectively wrapped in tape. Caseback is NOT the same as pictured (which is Rolex-type), which is just fine by me, as the battery can now be easily replaced using a standard notched watch tool. Caseback *appears* to be a screwback, and is marked "Japan 2115 All Stainless Steel 3ATM Water Resistant," which directly contradicts the watch dial, which states: "1000ft=300m Superlative Chronometer Officially Certified" Bottom of dial states "Japan Movt" Note that a 3ATM rating means this watch should only be exposed to "Accidental Splashes and Contact with Rain," according to Seiko's waterproof guide - no swimming or showering with this watch! If the caseback and dial info is true, then this watch sports a Miyota MIY 2115 quartz movement, which can be replaced new for less than two sawbucks. The battery replacement should be the inexpensive 377 (SR626) cell. Watch arrived set for standard Central time (shipped from Indybanana). Crown spins freely when pushed all the way in. Pulled out one stop and reversed (counterclockwise) to previous date, then pull all the way and turned hands clockwise to advance date, which clicked over at midnight - nice! Date magnification (the 'cyclops') is, like most, glued onto the crystal (which i sincerely doubt is sapphire), but offers less than 2X magnification. Bezel is loosey-goosey 60-click unidirectional, about on a par with my Timex Men's T2M563 Dress Sports Black Dial Black Leather Strap Watch (which cost a Jefferson less when purchased, btw). Bracelet is clickety thin-stamped stainless, but nice. You can remove links but may not need to, as the clasp has more than an inch and a half of adjustable holes for the clasp pin. Hollow endlinks of course. The surprise is the lume. All markers, hands, and even the 0/60 mark (the bezel 'pearl') is lumed - and, astonishingly, nearly on a par with Casio Men's MDV106-1A Stainless Steel Watch (of which i have several, as these are destined to be classic inexpensive dive watches worth *far* more than the paltry three Hamiltons i paid for each). So what we have here is a fun watch; cheap, inexpensive, and a beater homage to that financially unaffordable 116610LV costing nearly 242 times as much (at retail, mind you). I give it 5 stars for what it is! ... show more
