Sturdy and meets our needs. The screws for the wood top do not fit the Allen wrench provided or any of my 20 plus Allen wrench’s so had to use different screws for the top only. The rest fit fine.

I confess that I waited until my partner had time to put it together as it’s just not my thing to do and he likes doing that kind of thing. That being said, he said it was pretty straight-forward to assemble. As others have mentioned, there is some space between the center piece on top and the metal, but that wasn’t a deal-breaker for me - especially with how reasonably priced this is. I had intended to put this at the end of my couch where I often sit and do work on my iPad when I can’t sit at my desk anymore, but ended up not liking it there - just from the way my room is configured, but I’m still thinking that would be the way to use it for most people. I just didn’t like having to scoot in behind it and didn’t have a practical place to which I could move it aside when not in use there. I’m trying it in different locations - and when I find the perfect spot, I’ll take a photo and add it to this review. But just in terms of what the table is and isn’t - it’s pretty sturdy with a solid metal frame and it is what it says it is (aside from a small beauty/design flaw) - and does what it says it does - and I’d say it’s a pretty good value for the money. Obviously I'm pleased, this table is wood and black metal, it completely matches my house. It wasn't too bad to put together, not complicated but will take 20-30 minutes, I put it together while watching tv. It has a bit of a wobble in it, it's a completely square design all screwed together so there's tolerances everywhere that can be a little off, but the foot pads can unscrew a little to fix that. I could loosen ALL the screws holding the metal frame together and push down on the table to straighten it and gently tighten everything back up but I'll leave that for another day. Three different screws are used and the manufacturer kindly adds an extra screw of the three types, so all bases are covered. A+ for thoughtfulness there! One of the coolest things is that the piece of wood that is the table is actually finished on BOTH sides, so I got to pick the side I liked the most, both sides looking completely different. The best part about THAT is that if this table eventually gets dinged or scuffed up, I can unscrew the wood and flip it over and new table top! This will be a great addition next to my fav chair without having a tv tray out all the time just for a good place to put down a cup of coffee or hold my ipad. I definitely recommend this item and would definitely gift it. I really appreciate having it. ... show more

This is a handy little table! Easy to move around and put where you need it. The table is fairly sturdy. I took off one star because the pieces I received were slightly bent, making it difficult to get the tabletop to fit flush with the bars at the top. My couch is very low, so I had to take off the feet it comes with so that it would fit under. I wouldn't advise doing this if you don't have carpeting or a rug as the metal may scratch your floors. You could stick on some of those felt furniture things which wouldn't be as tall as the feet. ... show more

Easy to assemble, and very sturdy, the bottom even has small feet on it so you don't scratch the floor. My only complaint, is that the shiny finish on the fake wood makes the whole thing like cheap. The rest of the table is great, but if I had seen the "wood grain" finish in person, I would not have chosen it. If they had just got with a different piece of pressed wood style, it would have been beautiful. I have the red wood-colored one, perhaps the gray one looks better. Despite the table being solid, I would not recommend this product to a friend in this color at least. ... show more

I'm quite impressed with the "FAGIGY C Shaped End Table". I do a lot of work on my iPad, and find that this little table helps to bring the iPad up, higher to my eye level. The table easily fits both my iPad (which props up with its adjustable cover) and my iPhone, with even some extra space for memos and notes! I love it! It does arrive unassembled, therefore requiring some time to put it together. The included directions were clear for me, and all necessary tools were included as well. In fact, the seller added one extra of most everything, just in case a screw or bolt might go missing! My main advice for assembling is to refrain from tightening the screws too tightly until all the pieces are (loosely) put into place. Then, tighten away! This side table is fully stable, sturdy and durable! And, it is quite smart looking! It can easily slide under most pieces of furniture. I found that by removing the four little adjustable table feet, I can even choose to slip it under a chair that has a very small clearance. Ultimately, after you have measured to be certain that this convenient multi-functional side table will work for you, I think you'll be quite pleased with it! ... show more

I bought this as an extra surface to use wherever it was needed in the house. It's a tad wobbly and putting it together was a little odd in that you couldn't twist the bars tight or it would scratch the plastic at the end of the bars. Overall, this is a good little side table, laptop table, impromptu desk, dessert tray for the holidays, and everything else I've used it randomly for since I got it.
