If you already have a simple Escooter and looking for an upgrade, look no further this is it. The Solid tires are great. With the size of the tire and the suspension, bumps on the rode are smooth. I liked how the scooter have the app connected to it to see speed and mapping of your ride. I liked how the scooter is portable and easy to fold but disliked the weight of it, a little bit on the heavy side for me but that depends on how strong or big you are. We use this scooter around the neighborhood and riding with other kids. I liked how there are 3 speed settings, pretty much slow, average, and fast. On the fast settings, it can go up to 28mph but we got it up to 26. Overall, scooter was easy to setup but give yourself at least 30 minutes. ... show more

I spent so munch money for a nice scooter but when delivered it wasn’t nice at all. they sent me a USED scooter that was super dirty and was already 147 miles on the ODO. Packaging was damaged and so was the scooter itself. terrible terrible terrible. i would give negative stars if i could.

The scooter is top notch I love it I put over 300 miles on it and this thing still running strong I love it so much the speed is nice to shocks are nice the whole thing is 100% I got a couple things I'm going to do to it to tweak mine up looks wise but all in all buy this thing if you want a bad ass scooter I live in Hagerstown Maryland and I rode this thing to greencastle Pennsylvania and back and still had 40% battery it is a must-have if you want a bad electric scooter and you want to get a decent speed I don't wear helmet but I do recommend a helmet if you're going to have your kids on it like I have mine ... show more

Very stable and fast it says it goes 28mph but I got it up to 39 not only that I ran it out the box it was at 49 percent and I took it on a joy ride it was very fun also the things high from the ground. Best scooter for the price and specs very reliable and very powerful up hills I like how easy it is to run and how quick it gets up to speed I also took it on the dirt it was amazing ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Being a heavier set guy I've been worried about getting one of these but I figured what the heck. In the S mode I was able to get to 25 mph without issue. I'm able to get up small hills no problem. Even short ones with a very steep incline this manages. It's a super smooth ride and easy to ride too. I honestly expected it to be way more complicated than it is but after a quick read through the manual I was off. Charging time is great too. For something under $1,000 I was worried about the build quality but this thing is a tank. It was also packed really well. The box looks like it was trashed and mishandled by the carrier but everything in the box was pristine. Overall extremely satisfied with my purchase. ... show more

    • LIES! REAL TOP SPEED IS 20MPH and IT DOESN'T MAINTAIN TOP SPEED!
It does its job in terms of getting you from point A to B. But, it doesn't maintain the top speed for long periods of time, even if you have it in Sports Mode. If you're scootering at top speed on a trail for a stretch, it will automatically slow down to half its speed and not let you accelerate anymore no matter how hard you push the gas button down. The top speed advertised is a blatant lie! A speed camera in any city will show you the real top speed to be 20mph. That is false advertising and I hope they change that! I have also contacted the seller directly on their website during the manufacturer's warranty period, but they have not responded even until now.
