    • The packaging was intact.
After reading all previous reviews I prepared myself mentally at what condition I might receive the item. Surprisingly, the packaging was completely intact. Upon opening I discovered that one drawer was completely off the track with the parts of the rail rattling inside. Apparently, the packaging being intact can't guarantee the item not being dismantled from the shaking inside the truck. Well, I managed to restore the rail to a most pristine condition with some elbow grease and strong words. It obviously helps being well versed in anything mechanical. But that's why I ordered a mechanics chest on father's day as a gift to myself. It definitely an improvement from having my tools in various tool boxes. Good sence to have a decent size compartment on the button for the power tool storage. I am mostly satisfied with it. ... show more

The piece in the photo does not go in, the wheels don't fit, and the side panel holes for the screws do not line up. The drawers roll alright but don't expect to be able to put it together. The lock does absolutely nothing. Tried using the keys to unlock the top 2 drawers and it didn't unlock them. Had to force them out. Don't buy this. ... show more

U get what u pay for! It’s cheaply made not a good product it’s way to small but not sending it back cost more then I paid for the crap. I learned m my y lesson never order what I can’t send back from Amozon. Don’t buy unless you want a kids toolbox!
