  • CARBON FIBER IS A THING NOW - Carbon Fiber has been there for some time in the guitar community. Carbon fiber guitars definitely has their own scenarios. You may be intrigued. But the high price of may throw you off a bit. Then you discover this Nova Go Mini. The price is quite accessible. You are seriously thinking about getting one, right? This is what we intended: bringing quality carbon fiber acoustic guitar, thats of great value.
  • BUILT FOR TRAVEL - Nova Go Mini is made of carbon fiber composite material, which means it's impervious to temperature and humidity change. Taking it to chill on a beach with the hot bright sun up above, or to a hiking trip deep in a mountain, or even further to shoot some beautiful Instagram posts in a snow land, Nova Go Mini would stay stable, with no warp nor cracks. The 1/4 size makes it super easy to carry around to anywhere. Just take it out on the road.
  • FEELS REAL - We've been dedicated to bringing that wooden flavor into the tonal spectrum of carbon fiber acoustic guitars. Days and nights were poured into tweaking the bracing design of this Nova Go Mini acoustic guitar. Gladly, it paid off in the end. The sound is quite surprising for such thin-body-designed acoustic guitars. The sideway sound hole can amplify the volume that the player perceives when playing.
  • SOLID BUILD & EASY TO PLAY - The body of Nova Go Mini is 1/4 sized (32 in"), molded all in one piece, meaning that the bridge is a cohesive part of the top, not glued upon like traditional acoustic guitars. It would never snap or fall off. Meanwhile, we've put a truss rod into the neck, giving your more adjustability for the string action, even though the factory setup is already optimum. Also, the "Zero Fret" feature is added to this acoustic guitar for smoother tuning.
  • WHATS MORE - Also, the "Zero Fret" feature is added to this acoustic guitar for smoother tuning, and fret ends are polished to round edges for a more comfortable hand feel. 3 colors available: black, white, pink. Nova Go Mini comes with a custom thickened gig bag, and a hexagon wrench for adjusting string actions.

  • Surprisingly good, robust and flexible guitar!
Size: 35" Color: White
First the pros: Well made, sturdy, compact, looks nice (if you like Les Paul shape guitars), very light, stays in tune extremely well, excellent my materials (carbon fiber), nice thin D shaped neck, great price (got mine on sale, around half retail), comes with a gig-bag and strap, sounds really good, and to my surprise, it has a feature I never imagined. I detuned mine a bit to try playing more lead on it and found that I could detune ALL the strings down 7 half-steps (E>A, etc) and it even works as a baritone detuned a whole step! It just might even go down a whole octave, I'm at 7 half steps so far. This is a blast to play and get some seriously dark and even sinister chords with or play bass. I'm no "chugger" but I am now, haha! This little thing can do that too. I cheaped out and bought one without pickup, so I will need to add one or mic it. In hindsight, I should have gotten one with a pickup, but I can add one. On the down side, I'm not finding anything I really don't like. I guess it could have better tuners, but these seem to work fine. Bone saddle and nut? No, but it has a zero fret for moderate action. Summary, amazing for the retail price and a serious no brainer on sale. I would definitely buy it again and highly recommend it for a knock around guitar or for kids or anyone. Quite versatile, robust, looks and sounds great, and it's great fun and affordable. Thank you Enya! Sail Away! ... show more

  • Very nice travel guitar
Size: 35" Color: Black
I own and have owned a lot of really nice guitars, both old and new, and made by both companies and individual makers. Does the Enya compare to these guitars in tone? No. But the guitar is marketed as a travel guitar. Lightweight and small, it delivers more sound than you would expect. Does the Enya compare to the other guitars in playability? Yes--in fact better than many of them. The neck is comfortable and the fretwork is actually very very good. I'd probably prefer a bit smaller radius on the fretboard, but that's just personal taste. It plays great, and the small size frequently makes me reach for it above other guitars because I can play it in an armchair and grab it with one hand from across the room. I did lower the action a bit by lowering the saddle, but the factory action was decent. I just wanted it a bit lower. I build and repair stringed instruments so I was comfortable in doing this. Again, it played fine right out of the box. I'm just a bit of a guitar snob. I've had Martins and other good brands with much worse playability out of the box. The fact that the Enya's construction makes it safe to take out in bad weather, leave in a hot car and other things that I just wouldn't do with a "better" guitar makes it a great travel instrument. Especially combined with its low cost. Does the Enya's fit and finish compare with other guitars? Yes. The fit and finish are quite good. Finish on the fret ends is particularly impressive. Bottom line--This is sold as an inexpensive travel guitar. It is definitely that. It doesn't sound like a megabuck acoustic, but I like the sound nonetheless. It plays really well, regardless of price point. It's a fun and practical little guitar, and it would be a bargain at several times its price in my opinion. It's amazing to me that such a playable, enjoyable little guitar can be sold at such a low price. ... show more

  • Neat little guitar for what it is.
Size: 32" Color: Black
I picked this up on sale more or less out of curiosity. I have a number of acoustic guitars but they are all larger, mostly full-sized dreadnoughts, and all made of wood. I figured it would be nice to have a travel guitar that I don't have to be precious about (I used to have a Taylor GS Mini but I wound up selling it because it was too nice for my intended purpose). So, as far as this goes, here's my take: Don't have unrealistic expectations about what it is and isn't and I think most people will be well-satisfied with its value and utility. It does look and feel a little like a toy--the body is so small that it suffers from just a little bit of what the Martin Backpacker suffers from in form factor: It does not sit that comfortably in the lap in playing position, at least not without a strap. The body feels very plastic-y but with a pretty smooth texture, and the neck feels pretty much the same since it's the same stuff. It doesn't bother me much but it definitely feels like you're interacting with plastic and not wood. For me personally the neck shape doesn't feel super comfortable but that's a personal preference thing--for some I'm sure it would feel great. Even traditional acoustics are usually pretty light, and this is lighter--the material is light and there's not that much of it. As far as the sound, it is louder than you might expect for something so small, but don't expect it to compare with a full-size or even like a parlor size guitar. It sounds boxy because it's a little box, but that's just the laws of physics at work. It sounds much fuller than something like a Backpacker or like an unplugged semihollow electric or acoustasonic. Overall I think in sound and playability it compares favorably with low-end entry-level acoustics (think Rogue dreadnoughts--it won't have the low end of a bigger body, but it's surprisingly loud considering how tiny and light it is. Playability is much better than those if the cramped size doesn't bother you--the frets, nut (well, string guide in this case), saddle, etc, are much better than other low-end acoustics as they are a more integral part of the design and not slapped together. If it does keep itself together the way a "real" carbon fiber guitar would, it should be much less at the mercy of temperature and humidity than a wood guitar, so I'm hoping what is a good value and a pretty good beater/travel guitar will really stand out in value if it can be abused and resist the elements (ie, be left in a hot or cold car without self-destructing). All in all, if you don't expect it to sound like a full-sized guitar and aren't bothered by the plastic-y feel or the mild awkwardness of the small body, it seems like a great couch or travel guitar and maybe a great starter guitar (the only caveat I'd have to giving it to a beginner is how it doesn't love sitting in a lap, but if the student is small enough that might actually be a benefit and it'll fit them better). ... show more
