Bought to add a 2nd probe to PittBoss pellet grill. Works well. Looks and feels okay, decent quality/fit and finish but feels every so slightly less robust than the factory PittBoss probe. Not much, probably will not affect function. Seems to be right-on with temp of factory probe that came with grill. Have used on between 1/2 dozen and dozen grill sessions and holding up fine, no problems, no complaints. Would def buy again if needed (so long as it doesn't break soon!) and rec this over namebrands for the much lower price. Seems a very good value so far. ... show more

Let’s be real, most of the name brands are just well marketed version of a cheap product. These work well at 1/4 the price of the competition. I have not tested against any other probes but can tell it’s correct based on quality of cooks.
