Odd that no one has rated this yet. I bought this to replace a "HF" store set which I never wore out, but several of the sockets went into witness protection and I have not seen them since. I use my tools maybe once a week for an hour or two, and I think this set will last me at least 20 years. I bought the EMENTOL set because: 1) The case - and especially the two Latches! - are very well made (see the detailed picture), and the socket sizes ran all the way up to include 14MM and 9/16" (which is getting deep into the 3/8" drive range, and I don't have to switch over to a 3/8 inch set - if the bolt torque is not to high). Most important, it includes the "12mm" sockets (which many set don't), and a 5.5mm socket (which is seldom used, but I have needed it a few times). 2. The socket sizes stamped in numbers and easy to read; the long-sockets inside's go in deep into the socket (like they should, but some sets don't); the ratchet is the newer 72 click type (it ratchets "faster"); the feel is smooth and "solid", and the finish is easy to clean. I'm very happy with this set. If the sockets start to disappear, I'll buy this specific one again. NOTE: My case does not have any brand name on it, i.e., no "ELMENTOL" like as shown in listing, which is fine by me - it provides me blank space to write: "Son - return my sockets - all of them". ... show more

I don't wrench a lot on cars, but a lot on motor bikes and this set is perfect. The case is durable. The sizes are easy to read on the case and the sockets. It's nice the is got standard and deepwell in the same kit. The thumb toggle on the ratchet is crisp and responsive and a lot nicer than the stupid dial rachets. And the socket lock holds well and releases just as good. The screwdriver even has a 1/4" insert in the back so you can attach the ratchet, thought that was neat. I think I paid 32 bucks? Can't beat it for light work or just a spare truck kit. 10/10 would buy again, but hopefully I don't have to.. lol ... show more

I am working as a Marine engineer you do not buy expensive tools as you never know when you’re losing one in a bilge and then it is destroyed the sit the bits holding perfectly tight and the measurements are correct of the bits. The ratchet is fine so overall it is a good unit.
