Purchased the Canpump Electrojet CR3000: 2 hp Electric Pressure Washer direct from the company. Saved $300. Shipping was free, fast and no U.S. taxes are collected! Set up entails putting the wheels and rubber feet on, filling it with the supplied oil, connect your water source, select the appropriate quick connect nozzle, plug it in and turn it on. You're ready to rock 'n roll. So far, I've cleaned my car, vinyl siding on the house, the inside of my upright freezer, my cement bird bath and patio furniture. Comes with 5 different pressure nozzles for the job you're doing, a knob to control the pressure and the amount of water coming out annnnnnnnnnnnnnnd, the best and strongest hose I've ever seen on a pressure washer. I also love that I don't have to yank a cord to start it. Just flip a switch. More than enough pressure to handle most jobs around the house. You will need a special 20amp plug and wall receptacle. A regular 3 prong 15amp outlet will not work. I didn't have a 20amp extension cord, so I went to the big box store to make my own and bought 50ft of heavy duty cord and the 2 - 20amp (male and female) connectors. You will need a long extension, as the plug on the machine is short. I am a reputable business and the very top in my field in my state of Hawaii and I decided to purchase this machine on a trail basis and I ha e bought many machines all have been assembled and product tested and will come on one package from companies like land mi t m, landa, hotly, easykleen, and many more and the industry standard is to assemble and test before giving to the customer, but I didnt get close to that only a nitemare purchase as came in 2 packages and missing so many key parts in both packages let alone any handling prints on outside of the boxes and they heavy and ups literally dropped a completely destroyed box at my feet with a huge bang for the heavier first package and the product description does not say assembly required oh cause they assemble for every other state but Alaska and Hawaii I am assuming as the small manual has no assembly instruction let alone any wiring instructions and then when trying to get it resolved all I got was a deferral of blame to ups, and when I demanded a call from them they answer with a slap in my face answer to call a number and leave a messege and wait for them to call me back, not once did they address the missing parts and a solution to send them and instructions to wire the machine as has 3 places to wire and the book is like 6 pages a joke and again absolutely no assembly and wiring instructions and no product testing before sending and then the packages was a week late for the first then after that was delivered now I get a it comes in 2 packages when I talk to Amazon as they by far did not offer the I dusty standard of assembly and testing the product first and then the 6 page manual is by far extremely sub par by any means I could have bought a crappy cheap electric from homedepot that has a better manual so again no way close to industry standards and the product comes in one box and doesn't get best to a pulp and slammed down in front of me right at my feet. I have bought many machines never have I had to assemble or wire it let alone had to take a pump off and hand crank pump before use because they have done it before selling to me as this pump 100% dry and never turned and tested definately not industry standard or practiced by any reputable company, they don't even give Amazon a direct number to contact them so super shadey and not anyone you want to invest in especially if you are a business and need to feel u bought from a reliable and more a company that will give u any help with your machine if you are in need of talking to a knowledgeable person so I do make a suggestion from my nitemare experience to never buy a canpump machine no matter if they have a few top reviews I put pictures up of their joke of a manual and then a industry standard parts list and manual from mi-t-m which is very detailed so u can buy and replace and repair your machine I have gotten bigger manuals for $200 machines at home depot this company canpump offers you nothing but a slap in the face and a big f U after they take more than $1100 even from a reputable Amazon business buyer so in closing worst purchase ever from the obviously worst company ever when they did have more than 1 to 5 chances to address the issue and more make a phone call to make the customer happy and I suggest you buy any other pressure washing product from any other actually reputable company cause these guys are far from it let alone proffessional and I am forced to put a star up on this review which they don't deserve a star at all worst of all amazon themselves told me I had a To z garantee which is bs I wasn't able to return this product and Amazon just wouldn't listen as to return this product was over $600 in shipping I had to eat and then no garantee I would recieve my money for the buy and the shipping back and I wasn't willing to put another $600 into this and I am very dissapointed with Amazon as also this seller is still on Amazon so i lost over $1100 on this and in no way have I been reimbursed by seller or Amazon's bogus a to z garantee I wish I could take them all to court for seller and more for Amazon and their false garantee which is a fn slap in the buyers face ... show more
