I took a chance since the other reviews with the Eko didn’t fit. Mine fit just fine. My only concern was that the ear pieces would get smashed upon closing but I think they’ll be okay. The case is pretty big as well but it seems like a good fit for my scope so I’ll take it. Overall good purchase and I’d recommend it to others with the eko scope. Mine came with the eko attachment so that might be why mine looks shorter in length than the others in the pictures? Not sure but it worked for me. ... show more

    • Does NOT fit all stethoscope lengths
I have the longer Cardiac IV stethoscope. With the Eko attachment, it does not fit into the designated slot. It’s still a very nice case, I just removed the molded plastic insert.
