The ebike is great but can't run battery out till I feel safer with the feeling coming off the tires front one wobbles witch is bearing nuts. , back one feels like a lump in it I think caused by shipping due to one end side of box was damaged severe we did take pictures so if this company would make it right by sending a new back tire tire and tube would probably turn 3 Stars into 5 very easily can upload a picture of damaged box if needed Company did send a replacement tire and tube after I bought 2 new ones , the tires it came with were the issue of the lumping and wobble that was felt changed the tires and think the tires that were on it were for display that were very thin and flimsy. They did send one tire and tube but 2 of each would had been great don't thank it was from box being damaged . I also noticed a noise A bicycle technicians and I couldn't figure out , it was the battery pack so I went and purchased some small up to 300 pound pull clamps and now since all kinks are figured out I have found a comfortable product that brings me enjoyment and fullest inspiration to buy another CYBERVELO EK4 EBIKE in the FUTURE Battery seems like it's not meeting the 60 miles only seems to get around 27 - 37 miles unsure reason road it twice to lower Battery till the one bar flashing 2 bar. Also trouble with front fender rubbing on tire so had to bend metal connector arms to keep off front tire , and trying to figure out setting have had it up to 28.9 mph but now won't pass 25.5mph first ebike trying to search for information my self on 20inch Cybervelo EK4 still please inform me if any warranty for my troubles love this bike but kinks to manufacture of ebike or mind ... show more

Everything else came fine it's working just the back light came broken and I don't know what to do but other then that it's pretty fun (edit: they helped and replaced my light I am so grateful thank you so much)

I would not recommend buying anything from these guys I got bike was missing parts which I had to buy it’s not even the same product they show u on Amazon and the bike only turns on half the time and when it does there is a horrible noise from motor and there answer to the problem is I pack up bike bring to fedex and pay to ship it back ... show more

Great bike , however when I packed it I immediately noticed that there was at least 5 deep scratches in the paint of the bike , wich I was compensated for but , who ever is packaging these bikes needs help ! 4 stars because of this !

I bought the bike believing it would be a good choice after receiving it and assembling it. It would not work. I reached out for support. And nothing... I tried again and again NOTHING. I finally had to file a claim with Amazon to get it returned. Buyer Beware.
