Bought this to use to fill a very large king size air mattress while camping. I tested it at home and it worked. While camping it worked extremely well to fill, do an extra fill for firmness at night, and to deflate. All of that had very little drain on the charge. Maybe reduced the charge by 5% max. I was very pleased with the performance. Also it really does reach full charge within 1 hour! Amazing for the amount of power it holds. Cons - when fully charged and not plugged in it lost about 45% of its charge in about a week of storage ... show more

I had my River 2 Max for over a year now and have used for rockhounding trips 3 times now. Works great to power my 44L portable cooler (compressor type) 24 hours a day, recharge iPhone nightly, and also recharge my Dewalt 20V x 5Ahr battery at least 3 times each day. This is with a 160W portable folding solar panel which I only adjust to align with sun 3 or 4 times each day, so not optimized max solar capacity. Spent 7 days in the hills with my Ecoflow and it never dropped below 50% charge the entire time. Very happy! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I intentionally waited to write this review so I could test it in real life scenarios that I personally would want this solar generator for. It is a beast for it's size and for how quickly it can charge. In my video you can see that my street fighter 2: hyper fighting arcade cabinet will run for over 4 hours on 28% battery. I later on charged it to full and it gave me over 17 hours of run time. I even played games for 3 hours to make sure there was no shorts, cut offs etc, and it ran flawlessly. Next a ran a large tunnel fan. It ran it for about 2 hours without issues. I then moved on to my actual PC and monitor. I get a little over 2 hours of use with this generator at full which doesn't sound like alot but bare in mind that I got this for $200. My next big test was my Playstation 4 and projector. It handled it better than I thought at almost 3 hours!! Simply amazing. It takes about 57mins to charge it from the plug. I tested multiple solar panels for charging as well. I tried a 100w portable panel and an actual 100w panel. It does take about 5hours to charge solar with both and about 7 to 9 hours with 1. However, I was also charging a power bank with it while solar charging thanks to the pass thru! This is an absolute must have! If our grid ever goes down I will be watching movies, refrigerating food, playing arcade games, trying to live life and enjoy some of the luxuries as well! My kids will thank me for being a pepper! This will run all your lights and everything else in a camp site as well with total ease. Trust me, I wasn't paid in any way or receive anything for this receive anything in exchange. I wanted to write this so if someone is on the fence about it , they could rest assured these things are real and can save your life. The absolute ONLY drawback is that I couldn't afford a larger one. Even the 256wh version is a must have. The bigger you buy, the more stuff you can run longer. We were notified the generator was delivered, but sadly it was to a wrong address. We contacted the seller and they investigated the matter then informed us it was lost and offered a refund or replacement. Since we took so long searching for a reputable solar generator for my wife's home version Cpap machine, we requested a replacement because this brand recieved high marks. I expressed the stress over the delivery ordeal to the seller and they IMMEDIATELY DELIVERED the replacement and a generous gratuity!! We were shocked with joy at the generous response of the seller and even more so about the generator!! It's easy to use, no noise whatsoever except a small alert telling you when it's ready, charges quickly and lasts for hours! It's not that heavy, fits into the decor beautifully!
