These little tablets appear to do what they claim. I have a creek that comes from a nearby spring-fed pond overflow, and I figured there's a good test right there. I followed all of the directions and happy to say that a week later, no issues from drinking the treated creek water. The only thing I noticed was a bit of an odor at first, but it didn't last long. Taste was fine. I primarily bought these for a SHTF type of scenario, and will buy some more to stock, but I'm also keeping some in my hiking pack with my to-go filter ... just in case one of my hikes turns into an impromptu camping trip, haha.
