It took me five (5) hours to assemble the unit. That's because I assembled it by myself. The instructions are very detailed and all the parts are labeled. The hardware is packed in individual bags and is labled as well. The only thing is that it didn't come with handles for the for the doors. I ordered the handles shown on the unit from Amazon. I have included a picture of the ones I selected. The best part about the handles is that it's not necessary to drill holes in the doors to install them. They have adhesive on them. Once you've figured out where you want them located on the doors, you peel off the protective covering on the adhesive and press them on the doors. I absolutely love this ! It was easy to put together. It holds our tv, playstation and the charging box for the controllers. It offers shelves for storage on the inside. It also goes with our living room(which i love). The fire place also gets very warm(not just for looks)The only thing i do not like is sometimes when sliding the doors they squeak. ... show more

I got this for my library to give it a more cozy feeling. I can’t wait to use it on a rainy day and cozy up with a good book. My husband assembled it and said it wasn’t too bad. It currently holds my 32” in tv and dvd player so it seems sturdy. Best value on the market so far. Be careful not to run it with another heater because you will blow a fuse. ... show more

Used the fireplace 4 total times before it stopped turning on all together. Reached out to Amazon and the manufacturer. I just want to replace the fireplace part. Not a big deal. Just a simple swap, I’ll even pay for the label. It’s outside the 30 day window so they won’t help me. I understand, it’s outside the window, but I’m not looking to get a refund, just to replace one REMOVABLE part and I will even pay shipping. Again, I know it’s my fault for it breaking after 30 days apparently by doing nothing to it, so I don’t expect them to help. (Why would a company help their customer?) It was a little time consuming to put together but the end product is beautiful. Just as pictured. Heavy duty. Very sturdy and so lovely. The seller was wonderful to work with and answered our questions very quickly. Go and buy this product you’ll be so glad you did!!

Assembly was easy, style and sturdiness are great, unlike description the temparture is not controllable. The fireplace heat is either on or off. I would've purchased a different one if I would've read deeper into the reviews and found that out.
