    • great for klipsch r-15pm speakers
Bought these to hold my klipsch r-15pm bookshelf speakers. Just a reminder, these are BOOKSHELF speaker holders. They won't work for super large speakers. Easy to assemble, just follow the instructions and don't over-tighten the screws-it will crack the wood. The speaker pads you install on the top keep the speakers from sliding-they are sturdy and don't require additional securing. I'm not sure what other people are talking about when they say it's not sturdy...the speakers don't move at all. My ONLY gripe is what I'd call a design flaw. As others have said, the two main boards don't completely touch each other, therefore, there is a small gap. This gap is not only noticeable when viewing head-on, but it allows for the wires to pop out the front when you feed the wires in the back to hide them. After a little finagling, I got the wires to stay put and not pop out the front, but I'm not sure why it was designed that way. Anyway, great speaker stands for the klipsch r-15pm. ... show more

It is used in the livingroom. It looks simple and stylish. It has enough weight for stability. But the backside plastic cover is really easy to be out of its position when adjust cable.

    • Great secure speaker stand
The adjustability of the height and the very secure gripping pads on the side worked great for my freestanding rears surround speakers. Good solid construction for indoor use.

    • Bad design & not sturdy
Assembly was a bit painful, but after all screws were in place, both stands still wobbled, with nothing on them. Placed them on wood floor to make sure that it was not the studs in the carpet causing the problem. It was not, just the design of the two wood half inch planks that are placed at about 30-45 degree angle to each other. Also hand one split in each unit from the self tapping screws. I did not over tighten them as both still wobble. I don not recommend this design and will purchase something else in future. ... show more

these stands actively hold in your speakers. It has a nice heavy base so they don't tip easily and look really nice.

    • Not bad with some caveats
I chose these speaker stands to hold rear Polk ES10's. The speakers sit perfectly on top of the stands and cosmetically look good together. Assembling the stands was easy enough. I wasn't overly enthused with the material of the wire covers and the fact that they didn't cover the rear complete, leaving a 2 inch space at the bottom. Also the stands don't have any feet to raise them slightly if they're on a hardwood floor so speaker wires underneath will make the stand unstable. I solved this by using furniture pads on all four corners but it was an unexpected hassle. I will keep the stands but they wouldn't be my first choice if I had to order stands again. ... show more
