I'm not the best at telling the minute differences in sound qualities like some people, but it sounds fantastic to me. We are on a super tiny budget, so when I saw this package of an Echo Pop + 1 Sengled RGB LED smart bulb on sale for $19.99 for Mother's Day, I knew I had to get it. I recently returned a different brand of smart bulb because they kept having to be re-entered into our smart home app, so I've been quite happy with these since I haven't had any trouble with them disconnecting from our system. The only thing I would like to see different for the smart bulb is that it would be nice if they use the color wheel system to choose which color to make the light. I'm not too disappointed with this, since I usually use our Echo Pop to control it anyway. ... show more

I got this for my mom for christmas, wanted to introduce her to Alexa and all the possibilities it comes with for your home. Great integration with other apps and very straightforward. She had no issues whatsoever getting it going! SOund quality could be a bit better but not bat at all for the price. ... show more

Love this echo that replaced an old hockey puck like design. Much better sound and clarity. The Sengled was part of a bundle option. It has already stopped, connecting, working, pairing, and the colors are not the same as my other bulb, which is identical by the same company.

    • Great value Alexa if you are careful about its placement.
I love my Echo Pop, but it took me a few weeks to get used to it, and I had to move it a few times before it was consistently useful in the house. Echo Pops are VERY directionally oriented. If you are not facing them fairly directly, you might as well not exist, and the sound quality is great... again if you are oriented in the right direction. These REALLY need to be situated in corners or in the middle of a wall where they are easily spoke to, because any sort of obstructions or lack of line of sight means the mic might not notice you at all. For the first few weeks I was consistently getting my Echo Show 2e responding or my Echo Dot that is upstairs responding when I tried talking to my Echo Pop because the angle was just not quite right for it to hear me. WIth a bit of finagling it now works pretty well, but if I am not facing it I have to "bank" my voice off a wall for it to hear me from across the living room, which is easy enough, if somewhat unintuitive. Overall if you are not sure about the placement of it, I would recommend getting an Echo Dot, as they are far more flexible and not much more expensive, but if you have a plan, an Echo Dot is a great addition to your house. ... show more
