I just received my bike today, it was relatively easy to assemble. The battery was fully charged when I got it so I decided to go out and take a ride. I’m very pleased with the performance. This is a great tool for me to get back-and-forth to my Health Club, which is a couple miles away. I also believe this will be a nice tool for some of those quick runs to the grocery store. Since all of these destinations, I can stay on the sidewalks and stay away from car traffic. I feel an awful lot more comfortable, not being in car traffic. I looked at a lot of different bikes, and I’m very pleased that I bought this one. I also like the large tires that makes me feel a little more comfortable riding the bike. I find it very easy to ride. I read several reviews, that said it’s very easy to get a flat tire on these tires. So I added 8 ounces of tube slime into each tire with the hopes that it will save me from getting some of the flat tires. Bike last a long time when riding. I even am able to pull a wagon with the bike. I am only 5ft tall so the bike is too tall for me and hard to get on. One I’m on the bike and it’s moving I love it. The bike has a smooth ride on any surface. I am able to pick the bike up into the bed of my truck it’s heavy but manageable. It did scratch easy. ... show more

Very good, strong, and run fast bike. I got one 2 years ago, I had to replace a part that was difficult to find online in this bike, After, I emailed the company about this need. They were able to follow up with me. Now, everything is fine with my Amyet Electric bike.

Very disappointed in this product. Box arrived and appeared to have been previously opened, when I opened it and began assembling, I noticed there was missing parts. I contacted the seller and they responded quickly;however, not all of the missing parts were shipped and im still waiting for the remaining parts. Fortunately the missing parts are not critical to the overall operation of the bicycle. I have nothing but issues with the performance of bicycle. I have to replace the brake pads as they were already worn out! There are several other issues as well, there are no adjustments for the handlebars so you are forced to lean forward and put your weight on your wrists, super uncomfortable. Anyway, I would not recommend this, poor quality, poor fit and function. ... show more

I love this bike! At first, I had an issue with the seat post and honestly thought I had been sold a bad machine. But when I reached out to support, they responded immediately and resolved the problem. Now I’m back to using it for my daily commute, and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend this bike, but here’s a heads-up: the seat post is fixed to the frame. If your seat comes off and you remove the post to reattach it, don’t let go—otherwise, it can fall into the frame. That was the only hiccup I’ve had, and the seller helped me address it right away. Bought this bike a few months ago but wanted to give it a thorough testing before posting a review. First thing was it had a flat front tire out of the box. It would go flat overnight after pumping it up. Contacted customer service and they promptly send me out a new inner tube without any issue. The first month of use, frustratingly I would get frequent flat tires. Almost every other use. Turns out the problem was the included tires were just too thin. Just riding over a thorn would cause a puncture so I had to replace both tires with higher quality tires and that fixed that problem. Never a flat tire since and that is why I took a star off the rating. I also replaced the seat right away but only because of personal preference. No problem with the OEM seat, just everyone has a different opinion of what is comfortable to them and I need a big wide padded seat! My only other beef is I wish they offered a way to buy a second battery to bring along on long trips. Now the good stuff: This thing is fun! I'm 235 lbs and this gets me up to about 25 mph or can go about 11 MPH for maximum range. It is stable and comfortable. Assembly was straightforward and no issues. I rode it in Glacier National Park on the Going to the Sun road from Avalanche trailhead to just pass the Loop trailhead just over 12 miles up a fairly steep mountain pass and it got me there fine. (In June, the road is only open to bikes!) Used nearly the entire battery but coming back was all downhill so no problem. That was an extreme torture test of the battery and the brakes and it did well for this large and heavy Mountain eBike. I'm not sure how far it will take me on flat roads but I suspect about 30-40 miles. Overall this has been a good bike and very happy with my purchase. ... show more
