This belt holds my Samsung S22 Ultra with a thin case (6.7 inches by 3.5), but it's snug. It's good in that my phone won't be bouncing around during a run, but bad in that it's not quick to take out or put back in. The product is listed to fit a waist of 22-50. I am a waist of 31 and it is extremely tight and uncomfortable that it dug into my skin. If the waist band was adjustable to go larger, it would be a great product. My phone is an IPhone XR with an otter box case and it fits snuggly into the front pouch and no room for anything else if someone needs that space. The side pockets can hold small items . For example,one side pocket can hold a typical sized car key fob and/or a few debit/credit cards/Id etc. Besides the waist band being two small I think this is good for a runner/walker/exercises and or travel with very few items but again if the band could be fitted on someone besides a very small waisted adult or slim child. I used to carry a mini back pack on my walks with my dog. I would have to stop our walk, switch my dogs leash from one hand to another to bring the pack in front of me to get what I needed out of it, then have to zip it all up and throw it on my back again and deal with the straps if the got all twisted. It would get annoying having to do that constantly. This waist pack is perfect for my walks with my dog. I was able to store everything I wanted in it. Keys in one side pocket, doggy potty bags in the other pocket, my cell phone (Samsung Galaxy S10E), small baggy of doggy treats, and handheld taser in the main zip up pouch. Also where the side pockets are, there are these belt like loops. I dont know if it has a particular use but I clip on my dog's collapsible water bowl on it so that's kind of cool. Super easy being able to access anything I need fast since I keep it right in front without having to stop constantly. The belt part is comfortable too.
