  • Great choice
Size: 7a Color: 6 Pair
I favor 7A sticks and rubberized grips, and have for many years. The softer wood and oval tips produce the softer volume for the small room in which I play. No volume complaints from listeners. Very reasonable price.

  • good for my beginner percussionist
Size: 7a Color: 6 Pair
We got these for our son who is learning percussion at school. What's nice is it has multiple sets so he can keep one at school, at home, his backpack. Wherever. They seem to do the job.

  • Great for E-Kits
Size: 5a Color: 6 Pair
I am very new to drumming and I only have an 8 piece E-Kit and have only used Zildjian 5a hickory dip series sticks so that is my comparison. First off the bat, there is a noticeable difference in thickness of the sticks when it comes to this brand and the Zildjian, but that didn't affect my ability to play. The next noticiable difference is the weight, these sticks are just slightly lighter due to the fact these are maple sticks and the others or hickory and hickory is a denser wood. With these being a less dense wood I was a little worried that they would maybe break with playing. But on my e-kit I had no issues, and I was trying for some time to get them to crack. On metal cymbals maybe they'll have that issue, but with an e-kit i feel pretty safe with them Now to get into what affects the playing. The sticks I got are the "no-slip" sticks that have a rubber sleeve to help maintain your grip on the stick. I have two issues with this rubber sleeve. First, its not long enough. The rubber sleeve does not go high enough to cover the fulcrum of the stick. Which is where you are supposed to hold the stick for optimum use. Second, the grips aren't tight enough. Some of the grips are loose right out of the box, the others become loose after a little time playing. They will gradually slip off towards the back of stick, and I will constiantly have to re-seat the grip. You can remedy this a little bit by applying heat to help shrink the rubber, but the problem still persists later on. If they would make the grips stay on with no needed intervention, and increase the length by two to three more inches, I'd have no issue with these sticks and say they are 5 star. But for the price they are still seem like a good value for someone starting out like myself. ... show more

  • Value pack of sticks
Size: 7a Color: 12 Pair
Great value for 12 sets of sticks. They are lighter than other sticks i own. They feel good in the hand. The grip colors are great but could be a little longer coverage. Great for kids sticks or spares to keep around.

  • Nice Deal!
Size: 5a Color: 6 Pair
It’s nice to find drumsticks for a good price, Less than $3 each. These come in handy when we have a house full of percussionists/musicians. We can pull these out for anyone who doesn’t have theirs. If they walk, we aren’t out much.
