For starters Belt was way too tight ( as in too small) When I started the engine The belt would squeal, nonstop weather in neutral at idle or RPMs. Also, it would not let me shift out of gear whether it be from high range low range or reverse. Once you were in a gear it was stuck. The reason for that is the belt was so tight that the machine was trying to continuously move in gear the other problem Was in Braking the belt while going through the motions the belt started to come apart. Upon removal of the belt the belt was disfigured permanently, had to send it back. In other words the belt did not even survive itself on a stock machine for an hour if you decide to get it I hope you have better luck than I did. ... show more

I have a 2011 Ranger 800 Crew. I was surprised by how much effort it took to install the new belt. Even to the point of using crowbars. My Ranger's never responded so quickly, and my top speed increased 10-15 mph, for the ten minutes before the belt literally exploded in to shredded fibers that filled the cab and engine compartment.
