first of all they run true to size which is always appreciated in the shoe world. second i LOVE these because they have amazing arch support compared to most flats!! they’re chunkier than other ballet flats i’ve seen but i can stand in these for hours without any discomfort. the style is also very flattering. a pro tip is to wear a bandaid or pad on your heel while breaking these in; since they’re sturdier they will absolutely slice your heels open lol ... show more

Good quality shoe, well made and comfortable. Easy to walk in no pressure points. I walk a lot and the thick sole is a must. Size 9 is my regular size and they fit great. Love them

I normally have no issue wearing my usual size 9 -- I never have to purchase 9 Wide. I believe my feet are average width and length. You HAVE to wear these with socks, at least I did, because these gave me the worst blisters on my heels I've had in forever. I didn't even walk all that much the day I wore them (because I could tell they would give me blisters.) It seemed to me that the back of the shoe was too stiff, a tad too small. So far I like these shoes and they work well for work requirements. I cannot wear heels and I cannot stand for long periods of time with flats that have a thin sole. This has been a great comprise. I did have to get used to the higher cushion on the back of the shoe but didn't get blisters. I always wear trouser socks so that helped by not wearing them barefoot. There was a slight gap between the top side of the shoe and my foot but I also always use the washable shoe inserts which added just enough to help that. I liked them well enough that I bought a second pair in navy and thinking about getting a brown pair. ... show more

These shoes look very nice and seem well made. But when I tried them on, they were too big in many areas. They slipped off my heel because they were too long.(I ordered my regular size 9). The toe box was wide and fit with room to spare, so probably would not fit a narrow foot. The worse part was that the shoe was wide open on the sides and did not close on the sides of the foot at all. Talk about a gap! It was not a great fit or good look at all. I really wanted to like these, they are cushioned and seemed great when I first put them on. But during the day I wore them, I got a deep gouging cut on the back of my foot where the lip of the shoe cut into my achilles tendon and I had blood all over the back of these new white shoes. I should have brought some moleskine but I didn’t so unfortunately that happened, but if you break in these shoes first maybe it would be fine. ... show more
