I've made a few rugs using this product. It's easy to use and works well. I found it to be very user friendly and easy to figure out. There was a card inside that gave simple instructions and a website for instruction videos if needed.

Been using this tufting gun for a few months now and have made 20 or more rugs. This gun is excellent quality for the price. I was moderately sceptical at purchase due to the price. I am so happy we went with it. This machine was a gift from my hubby cuz I was loving to watch tufting vids. Turned out my husband, my son and dil and I all love to tuft. Between all of us I expect we have put this machine through the works. None of us ever tufted before so the fact it survived 4 newbies already is awesome. I would NOT hesitate to purchase another. In fact very very soon I am gonna order one cuz sharing is caring unless mama wants to tuft a rug! Easy to set up and use. Beginner friendly. Cost effective. Quality product. No complaints. Love it.

My kids are super fans of hand craft, and we have purchased many crafts and similar ones for them, as well as some wireless glue gun and sewing machine etc. this one is not cheap, and it requires extra purchase of extra materials to play with, but it’s another different experience that my kids like so much. The operation is not difficult but not straight forward for elementary students. Parents’ guidance is highly suggested! Safety first! So after playing with it together for a while, our next plan is to make a blanket for the bedroom. I’ll upload the picture as soon as it’s done… if I remember LOL Hope everyone else enjoyed this like my family did.

the noise level is surprisingly low compared to other models I’ve used, which is a significant plus if you’re like me and live in an apartment complex. The gun opens up a world of creative possibilities. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase

UPDATE: reached out to the company and they tried to help me trouble shoot but due to issues on my end we could not fix the issue. I reached out to Amazon and was able to replace the tufting gun. I am now happy with my product and huge shout out to customer service for both the seller and Amazon. I’ve made one 2.5x3 foot rug and 2 mug rugs. I have notice that the scissors are not cutting very well sometimes not at all. The first 2-3 hours I used the tufting gun it worked perfect. Then the next day I noticed it was not cutting. I’ve tried everything to see what is wrong so now I just use it like it a loop pile gun. 🤷🏻♀️ I thought at first it was the yarn that came with the bundle but it was cutting Red Heart properly then stopped.
