And the instructions that come with it are very concise. Just follow the steps on it and you can install it in about 20 minutes. The media could not be loaded. I got this one to replace my old office chair after hurting my back a few weeks ago. The old one was as shown as picture which is just a normal office chair, isn't comfortable at all especially when my back is hurting. And I got this one, comfortable with massaging lumber support.
