I purchased the bars because they were advertised as "bath" bars, however, they are much smaller than the typical Dove beauty bar. Also, they did not arrive in Dove packaging. Finally, I am not sure if they are the same formula as the Dove produced in Trumbull, CT, as the order of ingredients differ and the bars smell like crayons. ... show more

    • Great for those who have fragrance allergies
It seems like the older I get the more sensitive I am to smell. Most of the time I cannot even wear my favorite perfume. I have noticed for some time that I get dermatitis easily so I have changed many of my body care products to fragrance free. I have very very sensitive skin, very fair skin also. Dove makes me fell clean and soft . I never itchy and has just enough moisturizer in it that I use oi on my face and don’t get break outs.

First recommended by a dermatologist for my adult acne, I have stayed with Dove for years. It is non drying but not oily, leaving your skin very soft.
