My Maltipoo was only 3.5 lbs when I got this harnes. I was having a hard time finding something that was small enough. It was a little large at first but I like that the “skirt” can be adjusted to fit my skinny long legged baby. And the straps can also be adjusted smaller to help keep it most snug around the neck so she didn’t slip out. Not that she was walking out and about a lot being that small. How Sammie is a beast at almost 5 lbs and the harness is fitting much better. And she would rather be walking in her when we are out on the town. The harnes was pretty stiff when I got it.
