These containers seal tightly. They are good for storing all kinds of foods. We have been happy with them. I don’t recommend using them in the microwave for long periods of time. You can use them for freezing foods but they do become brittle and crack if dropped.

I am super happy to have discovered deli containers for storing food for meal preps, full on meals, etc. These are dishwasher safe and so far I have not had any issues of warping. Following the advice of other reviews, I have been handwashing the lids rather than putting them in the dishwasher. I bought these unsure of whether they would live up to their claims as dishwasher safe and leak proof, but after 3 months I'm throwing away all my old tupperware cause these things are so much better than I had hoped. Not only do they take up less storage space than my old tupperware, but the one-size fits all lid is a game changer; I am never wasting time trying to find the right size lid. I haven't thrown out a single one so far as they seem to hold up well getting used daily. One minor drawback is that while they do tend to be ok in the microwave, extended time (like more than a 3-4 minutes) can warp the lids. For the most part they seem to pop back eventually but I can see that they may not hold up well to extremely hot dishwashers or cook surfaces. Even so, they are so much cheaper to replace than any tupperware. ... show more

I use these for food storage, but you can easily use them to store medicines, small things like screws or nails or pins, etc. I have used them in the microwave, refrigerator and freezer, and so far they’ve held up well. I like the 3 different sizes. I use the medium size the most. It’s perfect to store leftovers, meal prep ingredients, or bring lunch to work. I clean them by putting in some dish soap and warm water, putting the lid on, and shaking it. I haven’t tried these in the dishwasher yet. The only downside is that the lids can be a little hard to open sometimes, you just have to have patience. But the fact the lids are so well fitting also means that they stay on, and the food won’t spill. I really like the fact that all the lids are the same size and will fit any of the containers— no more trying to find the lid that matches the container! It makes it so much easier. I’m glad I bought this set. When they wear out, I will buy some more, but hopefully they will last a while. ... show more

These are the way to go. I much prefer containers like this over the fancier glass or more expensive options. You can package up food for guest to take home and never worry about getting your expensive storage containers back. With these, you can also save space in your fridge. They also stack tight so they don't take up too much space in your cabinets. I also use them for food prep and ingredient prep for bigger events. They're easy to clean and they seal very well too. These remind me of the exact ones we would use in the kitchen I worked at. Nice and leakproof, great for leftovers and easily washable. THEY CAN CRACK IF YOU SQUEEZ THEM. Once they have been used a ton I will recycle them. Great tip if you store some pasta sauce in them and they get red stains: rub some butter on the inside and then add dish soap. add water, shake, and then stains are gone! ... show more
