You need to add washers otherwise your bolts will sit inside the holes of the mounts. Other then that it’s not a bad deal. Plenty of light and easy to install. If you have the plastic roof you don’t need to cut, it will flex enough

Typically I do not pay too much attention to negative reviews, I noticed that previous reviews stated incorrect mounting brackets but I thought eh can't be too far off. Well..... yes the brackets are more than a little off. Yes you can put the entire light bar and brackets (and mirrors if applicable) in a major bind but you can fanagle it together. I even turned the brackets backwards with no luck in lining up, even a little. Having metal working experience I decided to make them fit better. By the time I got finished beating the snot out of them and tweaking them around I finally got them fitting half decently. There are ZERO instructions but if you have had any previous wiring experience you should be ok. I do like the brightness of the lights and the actual wiring harness provided which makes it easy to install even for a novice. If the brackets were correct I would give this product 5 stars with no question. ... show more

The light is is sweet once installed, but like other reviews, the brackets are for like a 48 inch straight bar definitely not a 50 inch curved bar. I bent the brackets and made it work so the finished product is nice but make sure you are willing to do this. The wire harness and switch is very nice and fit perfect. For the price it is good but if I were to do it again I would go with a 48 inch light bar with these brackets. ... show more

Overall the light is bright. Doesn’t focus very far out but lights up the whole area. As many other reviews have stated, this comes with the wrong brackets, they’re for a smaller light. I made it work but had to torque the hell out of the bolts to bend the bracket. Also, it has teeth on the attaching hardware but not on the bracket, so the teeth really serve no purpose. I can see how it might loosen up over time and I’ll have to put some JB Weld on it or something to keep it straight. Good starter light, wouldn’t recommend for the long haul. ... show more

I normally don't leave reviews but this kit was amazing! The harness is perfect and well made and so is the light and brackets. It all installed easily. Seriously though, the harness and mounts are worth the money paid and it's like you get the light bar free. If the bar only lasts a couple of years, it's still way worth the money. ... show more

I should have listened to the reviews.. brackets were for a straight light bar didn't seem like a problem since I consider myself handy and was able to mount them. Turns out brackets aren't only the wrong ones but also very poorly made mine are already rusting and paint is coming off and the light will not tighten and hold upright no matter how many times you tighten it up. i liked this light but apparently it has mixed feelings about me. ... show more
