For a non leather bag this item looks very authentic! The colours are really nice, and the bag itself is well made. It's a little on the big side, so I switch it off with a similar soft sided small one that I have, but it's definitely great for shoping and looks chique.

I'm very picky about my pocketbooks, and troll the handbag aisles at TJMAX quite often looking for that perfect pocketbook. I bought a gorgeous silver Catherine Malandrino pocketbook there several months ago. If only that pocketbook was somewhat larger and had a shoulder strap, it would have been perfect. So, after many failed attempts at finding a roomy tote type pocketbook that was silver with a shoulder strap, I began searching on Amazon...something for around 40-50 dollars. I found this and it came as close as possible to my criteria. I read the other reviews about the kind of cheap fabric lining that's inside the bag, but other than that singular complaint, I have to say that this bag is well worth it's 40-ish price. It also comes with a matching wallet which is quite functional and lovely. My previous wallet was getting a bit ratty anyway. So, I've been using this bag for the last couple of weeks and it has saved my back from having to cart around a heavy purse. I love the shoulder strap. Also, when I compared the silver part on this pocketbook to my Catherine Malandrino pocketbook, it was virtually identical in color and grain. The panel with flowers and butterflies is quite lovely and the hanging Dasein gold medallion adds a splash of class. The zipper is not heavy duty, but the fact that this tote bag has a zipper across the top is a plus in itself. About three years ago, I bought this really cute navy blue and white striped handbag at Target and after about a year and a half of faithful service, the cloth lining started to fall apart. Every fiber of my being wanted to buy a new handbag and replace it but since I couldn't find anything I liked, I painstakingly sewed the lining back into place and carried on using the purse until its state of disrepair was beyond anything my novice sewing skills were capable of fixing. This should indicate that I'm not the kind of person who just buys any handbag. I need it to have compartments. I need it to have a zipper that shields the purse's precious contents from the elements. I need it to be able to fit my Chromebook in the event that I'm traveling somewhere and need to bring it along. I need it to have functionality for both the typical workday and for weekend adventures. Lastly, I don't necessarily "need" it to match with most of my work clothes, but it's an added bonus when I can carry a handbag that makes me look effortlessly put together. And here it is. I can tell that this is a handbag that will last me a long time, and I won't need to get out the needle and thread to maintain it. It looks sharp, it's sturdy, it fits everything, and the color I purchased even included a matching wallet. It was a big leap for me to buy a handbag without being able to have that tactile in-store "yes this will work for me" experience so if you're the kind of person who waffles back and forth about buying a handbag sight unseen via an online retailer, worry no more. This is the one. However, a word of caution: If you're looking for something relatively small, this isn't it. This is a carry-everything-get-the-job-done-and-be-practical-and-cute-at-the-same-time type of handbag so if you're looking for something a little more portable, like for a night out, I'd recommend picking a style that includes the matching wallet so you can use it as a wristlet. ... show more

I absolutely love this Tote Bag and small Purse/Wallet. The color of this Tote is stunning. It has a Crock pattern on it, does not look fake or cheap. It is roomy, yet not a huge Bag. The bottom has feet, and a hard bottom to keep its shape. The zippers are so pretty. There is a "ring" that's at the end of the gold tone zipper that is on a hinge, and is very decorative. The inside of the Tote has a zippered pocket and a large slip pocket. I have a Samsung S22 and the phone fits in this slip pocket. The Purse/Wallet is large. It has an outside zippered pocket Inside. On the other side is an ID pocket. Inside is nicely lined in a soft brown satin like material. The zipper is the same on the small purse. It also has a handle strap that will turn it into a wristlet. The wallet that came with it had a broken zipper from the start and I thought: No big deal, I will just put a rubber band on to close it. This works but several months later I am tired of that and always lose the rubber band! 😞 wish I could find a wallet I like!
