This bike is very durable and has great power for the price you pay, one thing to note is during assembly, watching the official assembly video posted on YouTube is very helpful along with looking at the manual. Overall this bike is a lot of fun and has great speed and is very smooth to control.

shipping this bike in this box was amazing!! well packeged and halfway already assembled. Included tools made it easy if you're a mechanical kind of person. PROS: Its small but I'm 6'4" and its just right for me, even peddling. The long seat is 100% great, UI HATE the cheap seats they put on bikes!!! The bike looks good, feels good. love the stickers especially the little decal under the seat. This is a real eye-catcher, people will notice you. Headlight, fenders, horn,tail light included AND turn signals! (not that anyone sees turn signals these days) CONS: This is a very heavy bike, you'll notice this trying to get it out of the box. It's built like a TANK!! the ride with these tires on pavement is a little rough, don't expect too much for the brakes...try them out first, learn how to use them before you get in a panic situation, I did have trouble getting the rear tire to seal, a tire shop had to assist, Customer service from the manufacturer is non existant, you must contact the seller through Amazon. My first bike was a full size 26" bike, hard to control, this is great. I highly recommend this bike, before a $1500-$200+ bike. ... show more

An absolutely fun and amazing bike! We took them camping and the fat tires are perfect for on and off road, but still safe and easy to use. the charge lasts a good amount of time and recharging is easy!

We got this for my 17 year old about 3 months ago to ride around town and she loves it! It looks great, is easy to use and has good battery life. As parents we love that it’s sturdy and has a headlight along with reflectors on both tires and behind the seat. It was bigger than I expected but the bigger size helps with visibility. It’s definitely better fit for adults and older teens. It wasn’t hard to assemble but a video would have been helpful since I’m a novice and accidentally put the handlebars on backward 😆. I also didn’t realize I needed to put the tire on before pumping it up the rest of the way and had problems because of that. Support was really quick and helpful in navigating the problem and everything has worked great since. They said they will be adding a video in the future. ... show more

I ordered this Electric Bike for Christmas for my son. I love the height of the bike, I love that it had the big light in front and the seat is comfortable. It looks more like a motorcycle. My son loves the Bike, it’s one of the things that gets him outside. :-)

This bike is a steal for the price. Came 80% assembled, took maybe an hour to assemble the remainder (CYCROWN has a tutorial for assembly on YouTube if you're not great with instruction manuals) Would recommend having someone assist you if you don't have a bike lift. It has a sleek design, seat is extremely comfortable. I can't speak for the battery life as I haven't taken it on any major trips, but I think it's a perfect commuter for around town. They do sell extra batteries on their website for all their models. I usually ride around on level 1, but have tested it up on the highest level (5) and this suckered is fast. 1 is a perfect cruising speed for me though. I will say even though it's recommended for 5'4-6'4 riders, I'm 5 foot even and I do have to hop up on the bike lol. It was an issue for maybe 15 seconds max until I realized I can just give it a bit of throttle and hop on. So even under the height recommendation, it's manageable. This is probably the cheapest moped style ebike on the market right now, but it certainly doesn't lack in appearance or performance. My adult son is autistic and doesn't drive. This opened up a world of freedom for him. The battery is solid with a good charge and run time. The bike handles well. Comes equipped with safety lights. It is a well thought out product. The suspension is a little stiff for my liking. That is the only drawback leading us to the 4 star rating. Very nice bike ... show more
