I purchased this Cue a few months back. Totally Accurate Cue. If you miss it's because of your aiming. Low Deflection and no feedback when you make contact with the Cue Ball. It's a solid smooth hit on the Cue Ball and not the noise you would hear when you hit it with a Non-Carbon Fiber Shaft. I have the Total Collection of the SVB Cues, and they all help to take my game to another level of play. Consistently pocketing Balls and making difficult shots look easy. I have purchased the Extensions and they are very helpful. I often shoot with one of the two I own on the Cue during the entire game. Makes a difference when aiming at long shots. If you're looking at buying this cue then you are probably not a beginner. You've probably read reviews or heard other veteran players talking about how good this cue can be. Well, all the hype is real. Enough about the cue, lets talk about my order experience. Upon making the purchase, I sent a question to the seller about my purchase through Amazon. I asked if I could get the cue with 11.8mm tip and 18oz weight. I received an affirmative answer within 10 minutes and a notification that my cue has shipped 10mins after that.
