I don’t blame Ct for this issue however did used Fed ex and they never delivered my package and when I reached out to Ct they said since it said delivered they couldn’t help me so for customer service I thought this was unacceptable even saying that it was impossible that I didn’t receive my package after 10 emails back & fourth I had to open a claim with Amazon because it was the only option they left me from being out almost $400 also fed ex manager even offered to speak with Ct sounds to explain that it wasn’t delivered to my home and the signature wasn’t mine but Ct didn’t want any part of that sucks because I’ve purchased two 12s the week before and was excited for my Ct sub build which isn’t happening now I have to spend my hard earned money elsewhere hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else ... show more

Bought this to be a back up subwoofer while getting my type R 12 replaced. It works, but sound quality and just overall performance just seems to fall short of the type R.

Sub blew in 2weeks from installing! Complete junk an that was being ran off a CT Sounds amp that was recommended. Also had issues with the amp, trash! I’ll never buy CT Sounds again nor recommend them to anyone.
