These 8's DUMP. I have a 95 mustang with the stock Mach460 and this box fits right under my rear deck. Like it was made for it! I got about a 1/8 inch space on top. Its snug but doesnt rub. Plus I still have room on the sides and behind to still have legit trunk space. It will only go in from the trunk side but it fits good. The Skar 8 box wont fit under the mach rear speaker deck without mods. The sound is outlandish for the size. I matched it with a Zues 1800watt amp and a 2 farad cap. My lights still clip when the bass hits. But it hits hard and deep. Makes you wanna sit n the car and go through your music catalog and beat out! I havent really broke in the speakers yet but I had it as loud as imma ever play it. No popping,cracking or hissing just hard hitting deep bass. It dont sound like a gorilla trying to get up out the trunk!! But it do sound like a orangutang going wild up in there!! If you know what that means you know what kinda music I listen to. The speakers look good and the box is super solid and well built. When I got it I tapped on one speaker with my finger, not even hooked up to the amp and it had a deep bass sound. If you want something easy to install, no custom work needed for a SN95 Mustang, get it. ... show more

These subs hit hard! I haven’t even broken them in yet! One 8 inch CTSounds sub would have been enough! No one believes me that they’re only 8’s until I pop the trunk lol I have a NVX VAD10001 1000watt mono amp pushing them and an Audiopipe 6farad cap to seal the deal. Absolutely perfect set up. My installer was thrilled at the outcome. If you want clean, hard-hitting bass without breaking the bank that takes up minimal trunk space, get these subs. My whole system including install was around $750. Everything else in my car is stock. I might get some 5.25’s for my doors in the future. ... show more

These cute little 8’s are a winner they hit so hard for being so small the watts and n these are crazy powerful I highly recommend this product so worth it

I didn't know what to expect out of this little size box with 2-8inch subs..but they surprised the heck out of me....i have 2 12kicker box an that hits hard but this hits very well for the size..well recommended to anyone with small trunk...mines in a 2009 mazda rx8 and it pounds those panels...

I read the reviews before I had it delivered. Definitely compares to old comp r 12s I had. Box is heavy. Subs are prewired to 1 ohm. Must have 1 ohm stable amp. I matched it with the audio z amp 1000 rms.
