**Update** So, Crossnet actually reached out to me (I never tried to contact them) about my review. They were super nice and helpful and sent me their newest model. It’s amazing! We have played with it several times. The net itself is reinforces and all the piles/hardware are solid and sturdy! We’ve had several children over to play with this, and they all love it. This newer model is a breeze to set up. It’s also super easy to remove pieces in the poles to lower the net based on player’s height/age. Kudos to the company for standing by their product and making things right with their consumers. I’d definitely recommend this version! So disappointed! My daughter got this for Christmas, and just used it on Easter. The directions clearly state to pull the lines taut. Not only did the net snap off at the seam, but several of the metal rings came apart . This was used by kids ages 7-13. No spiking. No heavy usage at all! After hitting the ball into the net, the net ripped completely from the seam resulting in the pole hitting my nephew in the head. Super disappointed in this purchase. We loved that it had the two heights. Very fun game for all ages. And a bonus is that you don’t have to run around while playing it so it is good for those recovering from injuries it with limitations.

Our first net had a small rip in it after first use, however, the company was great to work with and fixed the problem. We love this and it’s provided so much family fun! Easy to set up and take down. Breaks down small enough you can keep in the truck of your car and set it up at parks easily!

5 stars because this game was the most fun at the beach! People of all ages, sizes, and skills played this game and had the best time. I had three issues with the set. One was the carabiners were way too weak and two broke. The other is one pole wouldn’t line up to any other pole and click into place but it still worked. The last it’s the volleyball totally sucks. I couldn’t get the weak pump to pump up the ball. We used a regular volleyball instead. ... show more

Edit: I changed this to 4 stars because the seller reached out and made everything right by me. First off it is a cool game and fun for the family. Within two minutes of playing just a little bump on the net when going for a “block” ripped the post through. Could use better reinforcement in this area with the cheap material. Rope ring didn’t even hold setting a stake so had to tie a knot. At this time I would recommend a cheaper company because the material will probably hold up just as well as this cheap stuff they used on this. ... show more

I rarely write reviews but feel I need to warn others that this company does not stand behind their products and will ignore you when you need customer service. We played this game at a friend's house and decided to purchase it for our family since we enjoyed it so much. It was easy to set up, however, a hole developed in the net after one day of playing for several hours. There are small poles inserted in the center of the net (where an X is formed), and the end of the pole put pressure on the fabric and created a hole. I filled out an online form on Crossnet's website explaining the problem on May 19. I was impressed that they replied back the same day asking for a picture of the problem. I immediately sent the picture and then didn't hear back, so I sent them a follow-up email on May 23. I did not hear from them again until June 8th when they asked for my address to send me a replacement net. I immediately provided my address and luckily heard back from them the same day saying that they processed the order to send me a replacement net and I would receive it soon. It is now June 28th (three weeks later), and I have not received the net. I have sent follow-up emails and get absolutely no response. I am so irritated, and the return window to return the set to Amazon has passed. I wish now I would have simply returned the entire set. I will never purchase a product from this company again! ... show more
