Definitely sticky! A little too hard to peel off from roll because it’s so strong and sticky.. but it works well. Sometimes it’s hard to get the vinyl to come off when transferring it onto something else.

After wasting time and money I finally broke down and just ordered the brand name roll.it worked perfectly, and I was sorry I didn't do it first.
