These are fun pieces and they integrate well with the Duplo that we already own. We bought two sets so there is more distance for the marbles to run. The little balls that come with the set don't have the same momentum as a heavier marble or even a small shooter, of which these tracks work best for. My only criticism, is the pieces don't hold as tightly together when just used as a set alone. They stand much more securely when used in conjunction with authentic LEGO Duplo. ... show more

I got this for my 4 yr old and we love it. It has very clear instructions for me to follow and him to find the pieces. Its not to big for a first time marble run. The pieces fit well together and there is room for even putting together something from the imagination.

    • Will not stay together!
This is a great idea in theory. Once the marble run is built, it’s a lot of fun. However, the blocks are off brand and as a result, the quality is outrageously inferior. Building it takes tremendous effort even as an adult because the places do not lock in place and stay there like name brands such as duplo or Lego. Each addition of a new block can cause the entire thing to fall apart and you have to rebuild. After two years of tears over this toy constantly breaking apart before it’s even done being built, I’m ready to throw it in the trash. My kids aged 8, 6 and 4 rarely ever even get to the point where they can send the marble down the run because the blocks just will not stay together. After an hour, of trying to build and rebuild they give up. I would never buy this again, and I would recommend that no one ever put themselves or their kids through the torture of it. 🤣 ... show more

    • Great concept, but the wheel pops off, tough for young 'uns
Although the materials are duplo compatible, the assembly instructions are challenging for even adults. Photos are not from the best angles, making it tough to see exactly what the assembly should be without trial and error. Once assembled, she seriously enjoys working the wheel, but the big wheel has a bad habit of popping off while on use, and we adults have to strip down the model to reattach the wheel and reassemble the rest. Design is a bit weak with extra blocks (not provided, but we've got tons) needed to stabilize model in several places. Thankfully she has two Lego capable grandparents. Marbles with smiles are cute. Having lots of marbles is a great feature. Might consider offering more building options online, especially with more complete, more kids capable instructions. ... show more

All the kids who come to our house have loved the duplo-style marble runs. Fun for toddlers to knock down, fun for preschoolers to make basic tracks, school kids like inventing more complex runs using special pieces, and teens and adults have fun making their own challenges. I’m so excited to have this set to give our family for the holidays and expand the sets we already have. The wheel piece is heavy. like another reviewer mentioned, if it falls off the supports, I might try supergluing it to some supportive blocks.     • You get what you pay for
First set did not have the correct pieces to assemble one of the demo models. The replacement set had enough pieces, but once assembled the demo models fall apart very easy due to the quality of product. Bricks would pop up from each other, the balls even just stopped rolling like they did the first 5 minutes of use. If you have time to constantly fix or reconfigure the product then it’s great, but I don’t have the time to hover over the toy while my son uses it. ... show more

    • Great set. Wheel comes apart to easily
I love the pieces in this set. We had 1 already so we were using the special pieces to supplement our set. I only wish that the ferris wheel was permanently mounted because it comes off easily and isn't balanced. Currently, I'm trying to glue those pieces so they don't come apart, but this has already brought hours of enjoyment to the whole family (8 y.o. girl, 5 y.o. boy, miss 30s parents) in a single month ... show more

    • Structure doesn’t stay!
It wasn’t hard to assemble and it was fun to play, that’s if the entire structure stays standing! The wheel came off repeatedly, the structure topples easily and this was absolutely frustrating for my 6 year old daughter who spent her time trying to put the structure together. There’s a clear difference in how well Lego duplo blocks fit together compared to this. Overall, it wasn’t worth the money. ... show more
