This coat is so nice! I really like it a lot. I ordered a size up to be sure it would fit over thicker clothing in cold weather and it fits comfortably with room to move around. It keeps me so warm, especially if it's snowing or the wind is really cold. The lining is soft and feels so good, it zips up and down without issues, and I love that the hood and wrist areas can be tightened up. I absolutely love the thumb holes! Majority of my long sleeve shirts and hoodies have the thumb hole, or I've cut items myself to have that. So I was excited that this coat came with precut thumb holes. The partial sleeve material helps to keep cold arm from going up my arms, which makes a difference in keeping warm. Overall, it's a really great coat! It's windproof, keeps me warm when it's cold outside (in single digit temps), it looks and feels good, and I definitely recommend buying it! ... show more

My niece absolutely loves the color! It fits her well and the color is a fabulous shade of blue. She has plenty of arm/shoulder room so the coat doesn’t feel tight on her yet it fits her very nicely. The length is also fantastic for her. She’s 16 and about 5’9” so she wanted something that would come down over her hips but wouldn’t hang down her legs. The fit for this is fantastic on her. This is a coat that is all pros and no cons. The outside fabric of the coat feels like it will be very wind resistant. It is also saying waterproof in the description, but we haven't had a chance to check that out yet. The inside fabric is a soft feeling fleece, and it seems like it will be very warm. It has two zippered side pockets, a zippered pocket on the left side of the chest, and a zippered pocket on the inside on the left side. All the zippers, including the main zipper, work well and have a high-quality feel. I have a plus-sized Samsung Galaxy and it fits in all of the pockets. The hood is attached with another high-quality zipper so it can be removed. It is a generous size that will accommodate a winter hat underneath, but it also has the plush fleece lining. It has an elastic drawstring that can be tightened. The waist can also be cinched tighter with an elastic drawstring. The sleeves have an elastic sleeve extension at the end with a thumb hole. They are designed to be able to put on gloves over the extension piece, and then the sleeve will pull down over your gloves. No cold air leaks here. This is a great coat, I think it will be really warm, and I am glad we ordered it. ... show more

The blue color of the coat is very pretty and the smaller sections of black trim make it symmetrically better. It is well made and the zipper is decent quality. Has the usual velcro strips next to the zipper as well. The coat is great out in the wind and sleet...it does protect you well in those elements. One thing is this does not seem very insulated for a winter coat though. It would be a great coat for fall and spring or winter in the southern states. The pockets are ample sized. One plus that my significant other really stated was 'awesome' were the inner liners with the hand / thumb holes to keep her hands warmer. ... show more
