So the tile says it all; the one and only switch / button definitely needs improvement; location and setting, location not convenience, temp setting; could be better if it was able to set at a desired temperature, ( so it actually has 3 temp levels ) but I find it either too hot or too cold?! Wish it would allow myself to set at a temp that I prefer. Another thing is the wire tack along does make it easier. Wish it was wireless, the price how ever I think is reasonable, would I buy it again; most likely would wolll to dined more fir a better product if I had to get another one. ... show more

So it works, but it’s not as long as I was expecting and the hook and loop is on the same side on both ends so it’s cumbersome to start the wrapping process. I would look elsewhere before buying again. If it’s your only option, it will do its job. PS I used this on my forearm and elbow initially. Once I figured out exactly which kind of outlet to plug my cable into, I was able to turn the unit on and find out that it works really well. I especially like the fact that I can move this apparatus from place to place on my body, since my arthritis moves around like that. I have heated vest so I'm very familiar USB heating. Took a road trip & both of arm to wrist were tie like rock due to long drive. This product works perfectly for this application and is amazing and portable. If they have a pocket for smaller USB batteries then would have even better. Like 1.5 x 3 in or 1in x 3in pouch then I can walk around freely. 4/29 uploaded picture with battery pack. Had to return one because the USB cable was too weak & broken somewhere, actually both of them broken. I mean a long solid USB cable will cost $10 in Amazon. If they including a battery pack with shorter cable will have better outcome or even as an option. Or you have to spend another $10 and get a better quality USB cable. Im not sure what exactly happened but this device must have fried because every time I turn it on it turns off within a few minutes. Otherwise it worked well, the only complaint is the cord felt inconveniently placed. Im more or less aggravated that the day this thing broke was the last day I could return it and now I'm out $20 because of dumb luck. ... show more
