I reviewed the purchase carefully because I wanted to make sure I was buying a solid piece of wood, not a slatted form. I didn't see an indication anywhere that it had slats. And only the 2 ends were 2" thick. The sides were only 1" thick. Very poor quality on the fabric applicaiton as well. Very disappointed as it is very awkward and expensive to return. ... show more

Although wrapped in plastic and in apparently in good condition when it arrived, it turned out to have many dirty marks on it.
