After ten years of using my trusty full size Mya, I felt it was time to move on with the intent of downsizing. Days of reading reviews/forums and browsing I was conflicted between three different brands. Between the three I kept coming back to the Cloud Micro so I trusted my gut and made the purchase. Initially there was some worry due to my base having a 'shatter' like effect on the edges (which through testing seemed merely aesthetic) & a potent rubber scent throughout. Don't let this dissuade you in the slightest. I would have rated this as 4 stars, however ShishaBucks customer service was phenomenal and brought it back to 5. Sofia went above and beyond. Within a matter of days of reaching out I had a new base at my doorstep, hassle free! No returns or fees asked in any way. I can't speak highly enough of their customer service, that alone speaks volumes for the company as a whole. Worth noting this all took place during the holidays when normally you'd expect silence or delays. Now in regards to the hookah, I can confidently say I made the right choice. The rubber/silicone scent is no longer a concern. I thoroughly washed everything in soap/warm water, then listened to Sofia's advice washing it once more with a lemon juice/water mixture followed by a strong mint session. Every session has been clean and pure since. Pros: Smooth pull, ideal size for travel or a desk, each component gives the feeling of high quality, it has weight to keep it sturdy, cleaning is a breeze, the take down & set-up is quick (some say the lid is difficult but all you have to do is rotate it slightly), the hose is easily removed and rotates, sleek design that isn't an eyesore. Cons: The grommet that came with it leaves some wiggle room with the bowl I use from another company (easy fix). If you are on the fence I hope this review helps. A hookah with an acrylic base? Hell yea! About time someone made one. I've broken too many glass based hookahs. But I was really impressed by the design of the hookah, the high quality hose, and the cool way it purges. When I opened the box, I was impressed how the entire hookah fit inside of a square travel bag. I pulled out the base and popped the top off and took out the rest of the hookah and assembled it. There's enough room to put a bowl and coals inside the base when the hookah is stowed away. The smoking session was good, you can add more water above the recommended line for a firmer pull, or less water for a quicker draw of smoke. Purging the hookah was cool. There's four slots at the top corners of the base that release excess smoke when purging. Cleaning is easy, just pop the top off and I can fit my whole hand inside the base with a soft sponge. I could probably fit both of my hands inside the base. I'm glad I won't have to use any big brushes to clean it. ... show more

Absolutely wonderful hookah, it compacts really well and all the pieces feel very high quality. The included bag fits very snugly so there is no shaking around and seems well built no zipper problems yet. I was concerned with having a proprietary hose but its just as good as any D-hose I have used and you can plug in any hose you want if you don't like it. The only real downside to this hookah I can see is the LED puck, there is a recessed part in the base for it to sit and they warn you not to leave it in, it does have a gasket and seems pretty tight but I believe they milled the hole on the outside of there most recent version to avoid this problem. Overall a great smoker and will most likely replace my Zahrah Spade for daily uses due to the ease of setting up and tearing down. EDIT: Had to add the fact that the way it purges is the coolest I have ever seen. ... show more

Let me just say as a start that this thing blew my socks off. At first, I thought "$150 for a hookah is a bit steep but everyone loves them and they look awesome so why not give it a shot." Boy am I glad I did. Fit and Finish: Amazing. SImply amazing. The hookah is made of all high-quality materials and that is evidently apparent as soon as you hold it. It's a bit on the heavy side but in a good kind of way. The color is stunning and everything looks top notch, Size and Compactness: Everything you need lines up perfectly in the base so storage is a breeze. The carrying case fits just perfect and provides just enough padding for the unit without being bulky. Utility: What is even better than the finish? Using the actual hookah. This thing is so insanely smooth I questioned what the hell my other hookahs were doing wrong. Between the built in diffuser, high-quality hose and stem, and solid mouthpiece you cant go wrong here. I paired it up with phunnel bowl and loutus and boy was it pleasent. No issues with draw/pulling as it was slilky smooth. Amazing for such a little hookah. Pros: Easy to clean, portable which makes it a great travel hookah, cute design, minimal cleanup, made from great materials, lightweight, works with different heat management systems and bowls and pipes, lid is the ASH tray, modern design, the logo tells you how much water to fill so there’s no mess ups, acrylic base has grips on the bottom to protect it from moving, water silencer is good esp if you don’t want to disturb your family Cons: the lid is hard to take on and off—- this makes cleaning annoying, the pipe is kind of heavy, after several uses I noticed a waterline mark in my base ... show more

Great hookah. It's insanely quiet, smooth wide open draw and an effortless purge. Everything about this hookah is great. The parts feel very sturdy and I see this lasting years and years. I can't stress enough how smooth and quiet it is. It's perfect for any smoker. I had been using a 3 foot tall hookah for the past probably 6 months and it was just unstable and bad for having a group session.
