I received a query from the seller asking if I was pleased with my purchase; I commented that the plastic is heavy and for the price I got what I needed - though his advertising was a bit misleading - this is plastic not cloth. His response? It's a great plastic cover for the cloth on your garment rack. I can only laugh. Seriously though, for the money the plastic is strong enough and I like the double zippers and the fact that I can have both arms of the garment rack and it covers them.
