This is a really good speaker I enjoy it and it’s fun to use. You can ask it to play a song or set a timer or alarm. It’s extremely useful and handy it’s so much better than a cd player those were impossible to use.

I purchased the latest echo dot for my son as a Christmas present, after playing around with his I realized having an Alexa in my room would be a great addition. I didn’t feel the need to get the latest and greatest so I researched other options. I found the echo pop and thought it was perfect! You can play your Spotify playlists (or whatever music subscription service you use), manage Alexa enabled apps.. I have WiFi enabled coffee maker I create routines with, use the Alexa app in your phone and create a family account, and more. The echo pop is compact, affordable, and colorful (I chose purple). I use this for work, and it's a great value. I got it on sale for $17 USD, and honestly you won't get a better speaker for that. I like it because I can use it with my phone, or have it play my Spotify playlists. It isn't the loudest speaker but I can hear it throughout most of my store and still be able to hear the door alarm, but also loud enough if I'm near the speaker I won't be able to hear customers speaking to me. ... show more

Love the purple color and size. Easy to set up with app. Sound quality as expected. I mainly listen to music via Spotify with it. I enjoy having a simple set for my music or sleep music/ stories. I have not had any issues with connectivity or voice recognition.
