I've been running this fluid for now the 2nd change. The OEM fluid caused jumpiness at slow speeds. This fluid smooths that out completely and after 40k miles looked and smelled great (no burnt smell!) Works great, quality product and wiykd most likely hold up very well for long change intervals.

I called the dealer for my Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. AND they told me under NO circumstances should I use this or any product other than their special oil. I hear that a lot from dealers and brands. It is absolutely NOT true. I contacted over 20,000 people who own the exact same care, and hundreds of them have used this product. And the facebook poll proves that not only does it work well for the CVT, but the alarm noises the dealers were making was total bull. I have had this in my car for 3 months ~ 8,000 miles and it is running better than it ever did...thank you for a product that is affordable and good. Transmission shifts a lot smoother, I have the GM transmission and after draining the lifetime fluid, it was super dark. Upon putting in the new fluid and doing the YouTube video procedure. Transmission shifts like butter. I drained out 1 gallon of old fluid and put pack 1 gallon in.

I did a drain and fill on my 2010 Subaru Outback cvt. I was worried about using this stuff because there was little feedback for people filling Subaru CVT's with this product. Valvoline is over $10/ qt. I need about 6-7 quarts and it would have been very expensive to change my fluid. Everyone online recommended the overpriced oem stuff (usually expensive repackaging of cheaper stuff). This Castrol stuff worked fantastic even mixed with tye old stuff. 2016 Nissan Versa 1.6 has 153k on it and it was whining worse then a teenager with no WiFi!! 🤦🏽♂️ Anyway i changed the fluid with OEM Nissan NS-3 that didn't help....so then everyone and their ancestors were insisting that I try amsoil saying that they guarantee this is the best fluid in the world and it will for sure get rid of that whining and fix any kind of issues I'm having!....of course that didn't happen i tried it but it was still whining like a toddler!...i even tried Valvoline CVT! I now regret it cuz it made the whining even louder! 🤷🏽♂️ Before saying screw this car I'm heading to the Toyota dealership someone had told me about this new Castrol Transmax ATF/CVT and at first i thought no way the colors not the same and this is universal fluid and the excuses i had went on and on BUT.....I DONT KNOW HOW OR WHY!?! BUT THIS FLUID IS A MIRACLE FOR THE ANNOYING NISSAN CVT'S!! NOT ONLY DID THE WHINING STOP BUT IT SHIFTS BUTTER SMOOTH AND FEELS LIKE IT DID WHEN I FIRST BOUGHT THE CAR!!!
