This is a pretty high quality non-brand name brand. I have several of their sets and have to say I like them better than Craftsman. I bought these to work on the BMW - they use a lot of Torx and E-Torx - and since I use them as a hobby I can't justify an industrial / professional brand like Proto or Wright or the big name truck brand. Basically - they are a very good copy of the truck brand - which means they are in my opinion better than the home center and department store brands. I would also like to add that I LOVE the way Casoman stuff comes in individual cases / boxes. My background is aviation, and I shadow my aviation tools. This psychosis has carried over to my automotive and other tools. It is a lot easier to shadow one small plastic box than fourteen individual sockets. So it makes tool control a breeze. ... show more

    • Decent set
I purchased this set to rebuild a steering column out of an older model pickup, and they seem to be of a decent quality. The fit was nice and snug without any slipping, but the job I was doing wasn't a high torque situation. I had to remove 4 studs and had no issue with 2 of the 4. The other 2 were a little harder to reach and these sockets simply did not work, but honestly, it wasn't the tools fault. I simply needed a longer bit due to the confines of the space the stud was located. The blow molded case feels very nice and sturdy, with very little wobble to the sockets inside. In other words, the sockets stayed in place nicely. The sizes are clearly marked on the sides of the socket and are easy to read. Honestly, if I could find a set of the deep well from this company, I would purchase them, but I'm not sure they make a set. Now, I don't use these in a professional environment, I'm just a simple do it yourself mechanic, and will probably only use these a handful of times, but I do recommend them if you need them, which you likely won't know until you're in the middle of a job like I was. The price is reasonable enough to purchase and toss in the tool chest just in case. ... show more

Came as described.. Seems okay as far as quality.. and a fair price... ultimately very satisfied.. Also I love the case the sockets come in.
