The sofa arrived in about two or three days after we ordered it. The pieces came in three separate boxes, two very large and one smaller. We decided not to get the expert assembly and put it together ourselves. The directions were easy to follow. My only complaint would be there isn’t a stopping point for the screws that attach the back to the bottom of the sofa sections. We had to do some trial and error to find a good length to leave sitting out so the back had good support. It’s lightweight enough that one person can move it around when necessary. For the tan cushions, the faux leather is a dark brown, almost black color. It’s very comfortable to sit and lay on. My only suggestion would be to add Velcro strips to the bottom cushions because they do tend to slide out slightly when you stand up. I would totally suggest getting this sofa. Not that comfortable .. supper cheep looking and the The Automan has already broken from my 3 year old sitting on in.the seems a not lined correctly definitely flawed but over all it serves its purpose until we can afford a nice couch

I like the fact you can reverse the lounger from left to right. The ottoman is good size. It feels sturdy but when I was putting it together the legs (or feet) did not seem to be heavy duty, meaning I wasn't sure if it could hold a lot of weight. Still not sure, don't have heavy people in my family or friends but the instructions, well, there really were no instructions just pictures but we figured it out. I'm getting to like my purchase so far, we will see if it was worth the money, which by the way was reasonable in my opinion. ... show more

Customer for years, and this just so happens to be my first ever review. I probably wouldn't have been so pissed if they weren't charging ALMOST $700 for this sofa. I needed something in a hurry, and the product just so happens to be Prime Certified. 1 - Assembly: Wasn't even going to write a review about this long and tedious process. Since they make you assemble the whole couch, it should last longer. Our Box didn't have instructions, No instruction video's online, or maybe electronic manuals, only videos of people complaining about how annoying the assembly process was. We start trying to figure it out, and then we spend hours going through these odd flimsy sofa pieces after giving up and assembling the second couch in 20 minutes. We eat dinner then go re tackle this Sofa. It takes us another hour to realize that some Lazy halfwit didn't "poke" another hole in the Sofa base to screw the sofa backs securely. 2- Have you ever tried to get comfortable on a Park Bench? This Sofa feels like layered carpet stuffed with pidgeon feather and then taped to a park bench. I didn't intend to have the Sofa for 4-5 years, however for $650 I expected it to stretch a year. After sitting on the couch for a week, the cushions formed permanent indents, plus the pillows are folding over. FYI I'm 6'3, 175. I'm not skinny, but I shouldn't be ruining the couch after one week, either. ... show more

2 pieces were delivered in 2 different days that made me worried. Also, If you have a cat I would not recommend this because the artificial leather is extremely thin. However, I like this couch; i would recommend it.

    • Do not buy if you're wanting a comfortable couch!
This couch is so small and uncomfortable. If you want to sit down to relax and watch a movie, this isn't the couch you want. I've had it for 4 months now and wish I would've returned it when I had the chance, now I'm trying to sell it. Not happy with it at all!!
