I am in the process of building steps down a steep slope which means a lot of digging. The first day I used a pair of "premium" gloves that I had purchased from a hardware store. They fit great, they are light and tight fitting and have also held up well for over a year. However, I got a blister the very first day of digging. So, I did a search for blister free gloves and found a site listing the top 8-10 work gloves. These came up and I bought them based on the reviews. I ordered medium (I'm 6'3", 185lbs with normal hands, maybe slightly on the small side). These fit well but we're not as tight fitting as the other gloves so I was worried about getting more blisters because they say not to have loose gloves to prevent slipping which causes blisters. This was not the case with these. I love these gloves and the best part is that they get even more comfortable with each wear. Highly recommended and these will be my go to gloves going forward. I don't know yet how they will feel in the hot sun just yet and how sweating will affect them but they definitely do the job for medium duty work and no blisters! ... show more

These ghave a quality feel about them, seem to be constructed of higher end material and function well in protecting the hands from rough work. I've linto cheaper leather gloves and went with Carhart with no regrets.

The toughest pair of work gloves I've ever owned. They have lasted me years. But Amazon, your description is dead wrong. It states it's for a 4-pack and I only received 1 pair. Who knows whether that's suppose to convey 4 pairs or 4 gloves, but either way, I'm at least one pair short. Figure it out!

During the spring and summer it is very difficult to find these gloves in stores and when you do they're usually size XL; medium is out of the question. I am leary of purchasing any type of clothing online due to the commonality of sizing issues. However, I decided that if I was going to get a pair of these gloves that i would just have to "bite the bullet" and place the order, Good choice! I am very pleased with them. They fit great and they're comfortable, tough and durable. Best of all, amazon sells them for a few bucks less than what I have seen them for in the retail stores.
