This product is great, however I nearly returned it because there were no instructions and I couldn’t figure out how to use it for the first few days. As a young woman and someone who is not very experienced with tools, I feel there should be instructions provided on how to use the product. First I’d like to say if it doesn’t fit your jack use the extra pieces that comes with the wrench and assemble them like so in the photo I provided. Second, I tested it out inside my home rather than outside under my car, this product does not work the same with the weight and pressure of the car on top. Once you figure out which switch puts the jack up and which puts it down, it’s pretty self explanatory. Hope this helps. ... show more

I chose this because it included the adapter. Glad I did because both of our cars (Expedition & Odyssey) jacks have the wider & thicker connector. I would have liked to find ones that fit without the adapter. Purchased 2 to have one in the cars.

The crank I was using for changing my tire sucked and it didn’t stay on. It was not stable so I needed to find something better and thank God I found this. Love it!

What a great concept to keep your knuckles from getting scrapped twirling the scissor jack handle. However, the opening to insert the ratchet onto my scissor Jack wasn't even close. The good news was returning the item was easy!
