  • Pretty Good sized.....barely fit on the bumper tray I carry stuff on....
Size: 28 Gallon Style: Heavy Duty (2 Wheel)
Seems very well built. I have used it twice, no issues. It fits under my trailer, is short enough to take outflow from my black water, but I also have 16" tires on my trailer, so its a crap shoot as to whether it will have a drop from any other trailer or not.... for me, works great, easy to use and dump. Bigger in size than what my minds eye had imagined, but 28gals is 28gals....has to go somewhere. I can manage it empty to get it up off the ground for transport, but 8lbs per gal = 224 lbs of load plus the weight of the unit, most of us aren't lifting a loaded one.....(I bought a receiver mounted deer hoist that swivels to lift it up and swivel it into my pickup) anyway, glad I bought it, I do lots of dry camping hauling in water for extended stays and I hated having to leave with my trailer to find an RV dump. Now I can just load it into my pickup, leave the trailer at camp and head to town to dump... Life is good... ... show more

Size: 15 Gallon Style: Heavy Duty (2 Wheel)
If you’re an RV owner who likes to keep things… clean (and who doesn’t?), the Camco Rhino 15-Gallon Portable Camper/RV Tote Tank is a game-changer! This little beauty has saved me from many a "we’ve reached full capacity!" panic moment. Not only is it sturdy and dependable, but it also rolls like a dream—goodbye to dragging heavy, awkward tanks around the campground! Why I Love It: No-Flat Wheels: These wheels are like the SUV of the RV world. No more worrying about flat tires halfway through your trip. Just roll, baby, roll. Low Drain Hole: It’s like the tank was designed to make sure every last drop is gone, so you won’t be hauling around any “extra weight” (literally). Removable Steel Tow Adapter: I can easily tow the tote to the dump station without worrying about it tipping over or breaking. Bonus Accessories: The 3-foot RV sewer hose included? Perfect for when you realize you forgot the hose in the camper (yes, we’ve all been there). Tough and Durable: I’ve accidentally kicked this thing a few times (hey, it happens), and it didn’t even flinch. It’s the Chuck Norris of tote tanks. • A top tier choice for a portable water tank but has some design flaws
Size: 28 Gallon Style: Heavy Duty (2 Wheel)
So I've been using this waste tank now as my main sewer tanks for quite some time. So I feel I can give a honest review on this product. Over all the build and construction had been great. It takes the punishment of direct Florida sun as well as the weight of the waste when it's being moved around. It's very easy to setup and comes with everything you need. Emptying it at first is fairly simple but after a few times I figured out a emptying routine that has streamlined the whole process. I have yet to spill it once! There are some MANUFACTURER fails on this product though! Only three that I've come across so far. The FIRSt and it's a BIG fail is the 90degree elbow it comes with. TRASH IT! The waste just gets caught up in it and you'll find yourself having to unclog it all the time! If you can do what I did and on the RV side put a hook style gate valve on and directly connect the hose from the gate to the tank! It's not going to be perfect because of the NEXT MANUFACTURER fail but it will change the unclogging routine from quite often to once and a while... The next FAIL on this tank is the top waste inlet. This inlet is made directly on top of a slanted part of the bottom of the tank and what I keep finding is that the waste will CLOGG right at the inlet and the hose will back up. This only happens when the water inside as reached the same level as the slant. When this happens you are forced to use a hose and force unessessary water into the water tank to unclog it which prematurely fills your tank OR do what I have to do and go under the rig and shake the hose until the waste unclogs and slides down into the tank. Basicly the bottom design of the tank DOEs NOT allow the waste to slide freely into the tank. Which is annoying. The last FAIL I've found in the water directional spray inlet. They need to make this out of metal and not plastic. After 3 empties mine broke off. It's made of plastic and the receiver hose connection is only held on by a small lip. So if you put ANY side to side pressure on it it will pop off and WILL NOT go back on. Will need to be replaced! Some Pros on this is the tow handle and tow arm. You'll definitely want to hook this up to a tow vehicle or dolly when it is FULL because it is really heavy! The wheels are very strong and so far held up perfectly. I'm a single guy in a 40ft school bus conversion with guests over on occasion and in one months time I only have to empty it once a month. (I actually do it twice a month cause I have to drag it over 500ft to my waste dump site and it's pretty heavy if I do it once) The second gate valve on the side is a good addon BUT you will find yourself not using it because it's more efficient to use the top mount inlet to empty the tank, stand it up and use the water fill inlet to rinse it out. Using the side gate valve to empty is NOWHERE close to efficient in emptying and flushing the tank. So I give this 4/5 starts due to the flaws in design but the rugged build of the tank. I'd like to see a better design to the top intake hole so that it won't CLOGG and a metal flush out instead of a plastic fitting on the top. ** For some reason I don't have the option to post photos to this review to help with my claims. If I figure out how to or why I'll add them later** ... show more

  • Necessary Evil
Size: 21 Gallon Style: Heavy Duty (2 Wheel)
When you're glamping and have limited black / gray water storage, and don't have a septic to hook up to, the choices for emptying your tanks are limited. The Rhino tote is a good choice, whether you store it on your ladder or in the bed of your pick up, etc. It's a bit cumbersome but it's made well and comes with everything you need. Make sure you get the size that works for your needs and your individual physical abilities. Remember that liquid weighs app. 8 lbs. per gallon. Don't fool yourself, it's heavy when it's full !!! ... show more
